I had a great experience. The person that took my order was very friendly. Food was good and hot.
I enjoy their hamburgers. The breakfast is good also. Sign in the window says open until midnight but they were closed at 9pm.
This mullbarry Square Wendy has been rehabbed. It's a wifi bar that has a fireplace in the television it's great for the family service is excellent. The only reason why I do it 4 star rating is because I work there if I didn't work there I'd give it a 5 this place is a really good place to take your children it's clean and they serve real meat. They have a great menu can't go wrong with Wendy's.
First time at this location. Very cheerful and nice lady in the drive thru. I was having a rough morning and food was hot and fresh and service was great! Makes a huge difference on us customers to come through and receive such a warm welcome like that. So thank you!
We have been here several times. Always around lunch time. The workers dueing this time of day are always iplifting and nice. The food is always fresh too.
The breakfast was different than other fast-food joints, really enjoy the seasoned potatoes.
Its ALWAYS a pleasant experience at this particular Wendys. I eat there almost everyday for lunch and theres rarely a wait for my food its always hot and fresh and the workers are very friendly!
Wendy's is notoriously one of the slowest drive thrus EVER and usually with some mistakes. However, this location wasn't bad! Our order was right and decently fresh. I just wish fast food restaurants would learn how to actually FILL their fry boxes.
If you want Wendy's go to this location! It's never busy, the food is always hot and the order is always correct. The dining room could be cleaner but I've seen much worse...
It took a while for someone to take our order. Once taken, service was fast and the food well prepared.
Gail, our server was excellent! Very personal able, professional and warm at the Wendy’s on Montgomery Rd in Mason Ohio. She asked how our experience was and offered a sample of the strawberry frosty. It was a pleasure to dine in at Wendy’s. Please hire more like Gail and certainly give her a raise and make her a part of your training team. Go Gail!!!!!!!
