food is great, though how you're going to get it is inconsistent every time. I do love chipotle but sometimes the rice is hard, sometimes there's too much cilantro in every bite, etc. employees clearly eyeball it and you can tell, but nevertheless it's good. as for environment, it's super overstimulating so for my sensory sensitive friends, you may want to plan for takeout. it's very echoey and very loud especially when busy.

Food is always delicious. Staff is usually very friendly. Some are a little more patient than others making your. Some slop it in the bowl like your going through a prison line mess hall
