Me too ladies that waited on me just a few minutes ago have outstanding customer service skills and are so friendly and this is by far the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to so thank you ladies

Today I had the best experience ever at a Starbucks in a very, very long time. I had came in all flustered as I hadn't had my afternoon coffee yet today and was rushing in and out as I was already late for my activities later that day. However, when ordering I had encountered the kindest, sweetest, most humble souls today while ordering. Especially barista's named Meghan, Audrey and Ava, they were super helpful with me today as I don't really know much about coffee or what I really want on some days. They were very communicative, as telling me what the menu pertains such as different espresso's and lattes! Who knew there were so many?? When coming into Starbucks I just get so overwhelmed with how many options there are and they had calmed me down and helped me pick out what had fit me. As it turns out, they were right!
The cleanliness of the area was spotless too, I was very impressed with the cleaning crew (if there is any) or maybe the baristas who had been keeping the place tremendously swift and excellent!
Overall, they were so quick with my order, and very swift with other customers that I had noticed when I had came walking up and waiting for my order as well. I only had been there for less than a minute! My coffee was delicious and tasty. Thank you Meghan, Audrey and Ava!
I visit this location 3-5 times a week on my way downtown to work. Every experience is nothing short of lovely. Great attitudes and friendly faces. Today I came in, on a Friday at 710am, and needed a last minute large order for my coworkers. Without hesitation and more than speedy they fulfilled my order and on my way I went. One more reason I love Starbucks 🥰☕
This Starbucks near the food court provided excellent customer service, above other Starbucks in the area. They get nailed with mobile orders, so demand is high and patience is rewarded.
the staff here is kind, efficient, and fun! inside has nice seating options and even early in the morning wasn't too packed. like many Starbucks I know, and given this place has a drive-thru, the parking lot is kind of a mess. too small, and since I was in no hurry, I parked in a different lot nearby and walked. but the inside service was quick and friendly!
This Starbucks is very convenient since it has a drive thru. Next closest drive thru is in Oakley. Depending on the time of day, it can be quite packed with cars lining out into the busy street - Montgomery Rd. The baristas here are friendly and keep the traffic moving at a reasonable pace. Parking there is very limited. Beverages and food is good. Great for that morning pick-me-up.
Quick service and friendly staff. I always get 1 of 2 favorites: almond milk vanilla late or almond milk flat white with vanilla. This place is always busy in the drive thru but the wait isn't long. I just wish it was easier to get in and out of this location. It's on a really busy street so that is a bit difficult.
Yes, there's usually a long line here. But it moves pretty fast and you're getting the Starbucks you so desperately need.
Be prepared for other people to take forever at the half and half Station. This place is small and it's tucked in a corner. So there's really only room for one person at a time.
Fast, friendly service. I like sitting in the little nook they have. In general, it's a fairly quiet, cozy Starbucks. Anyone just stopping by goes through their drive-thru so it keeps the main part nice and chill.
They make top quality beverages despite of being way to crowded and understaffed. Yes, wait times are hideous over the weekends if you do not order ahead through the App. Staff is very friendly and they're never rude to you like few other Starbucks locations. I wish they had a Clover in there.
