Solid Jimmy Johns that had friendly service and the food was out quick and fresh! The location between the two stadiums of Cincinnati is perfect! A short walk from the riverfront as well!

I want to update my 5 stars to many more after I came in and the young lady behind the register knew I was a vendor outside stadium and asked me if I had lost a “Square Reader”. I had the week prior. She was kind enough to set aside and to return it to me when she saw me. This is customer service that is rare to come by these days. Thank you Jimmy John’s @ the Banks.
Had a large group order for almost 30 high school students and this location did a great job executing this for us! Ordering was easy, everything was prepared when we arrived, all orders were correct, and the food was great!
Bought 3 giant sandwiches and got 2 giants and a regular. That's all I got charged for but they insisted on getting me the other half of the 3rd giant. And then served it at no extra charge. Great service!
I have to give a shout out for this JJ's customer service. I was visiting downtown Cincinnati with my husband and our car broke down in the middle of the city. While waiting for a tow truck, we called Jimmy John's and they hand delivered it to our car. We were so appreciative for them being able to bring us food because we couldn't leave our car (due to it being broken down in the middle of a no parking area).
