I was pleasantly surprised after my first visit here. I'll start with my conclusion: this is a great bang for your buck place that doesn't sacrifice quality. Portions were large/satisfying while prices were below average for a sushi spot. I usually use the rainbow roll to judge the quality and freshness of the seafood at a sushi place, and they passed the test here. The Mt Lookout roll was also pretty unique and very tasty. They also have a full menu of Korean dishes. The seafood pancake was exactly what I'd want, and the menu all-around is interesting enough that I'd want to come back and try a bunch more stuff. Service was excellent; our server (I believe her name was Amanda) was excellent, so if you're reading this boss, give her a raise or something! It's a casual vibe, with a bar and TVs. All thumbs up for SushiNati.
Pretty authentic, service was excellent, the waitress was knowledge about the menu. Dining room was clean. My friend and I sent on Sat lunch, we were the only guests. We loved it.
We were craving sushi and found this place randomly on Google. The place wasn’t too busy on a Saturday night so we had no trouble parking in the lot or getting seated. The restaurant had a cool modern vibe with fun murals on the walls and the staff was very friendly. Seems like a family business which I am happy to support.
The sushi menu was unique and creative. We ordered six rolls along with the fried rice and everything tasted fresh and amazing. Great value for the price!
This place is a hidden gem and one of the better sushi restaurants I’ve been to in the area. I would totally recommend checking them out!!
My friend, boyfriend and I visited Sushinati for the first time tonight for dinner. My boyfriend opted for chicken wings, ramen and a sushi roll. I got the Hyde Park roll and Delta roll. Everything was so good. The atmosphere was nice and the artwork inside and outside is beautiful! I’ll definitely be coming back
Good drinks, great menu, alright venue, so so value. Personally i love korean food and was excited after checking the menu out online. I expected a slighty higher end feel to venue. It was a mildly tacky affair exagerated by overly loud yesterdays pop favorites playlist. I was expecting somewhere you might take a date for dinner but it was more of a latenight bites with a bar type feel despite the spendy menu. That being said service was stellar and our waitress was courteous, never hovered, and was totally on the ball.
The stone bowl was a generous portion size and had great flavor, i love their sauces as well. I had the short rib which was absolutely incredible. Very tender and almost no chewey bits, i did ask for sauces to dip it in on the side which i felt it needed to begin with. I loved the dish and will be back to order it again. What i was most impressed with overall was the little things like superb rice, (you can always tell when a restaurant buys cheap rice or has a crummy rice cooker) and the tempura appetizer. The shrimp had a fresh meaty quality and the batter was light, crunchy, fluffy. Its hard to find good seafood here and those shrimp were weirdly high quality for Ciny. The sweet potato and carrot slices did need to be blanched or sliced thinner however as the tempura fry time didnt quite cook them through. They used japanese purple sweet potatoes though instead of the cheaper common types, really great flavor on them.
Cocktails were good i was impressed and they had a good selection of asian lager which is fun when you go out for korean. I really enjoyed my visit and they gave us a coupon in exchange for some feedback which was great. My principle complaint would be that they need to decide if they are a bistro type place for the bar crowd or a nice sit down restaurant you could have a romantic meal in. They already know how to cook great food.
It was a bit pricy but worth it. The food was amazing and they even give out big portions. Def my fave Korean place in Cincinnati. Service was great also. The owner came by to check on us but our waiter was amazing. Funny personality and everything! Will def be coming back again soon!
Went here for a Birthday Dinner. Loved it. The food was great, the sides were awesome, and the owner even said hi to us. Really recommend.
Wonderful people make for an awesome experience! The ambiance is one that will keep you coming back. The food will blow your mind. Awesome sushi and nigiri! There is something for everyone to love on the menu, and they will work with you on placing your order if you aren't quite sure what to order. I love this place, and once you check it out, you will too!
Loved the bimbimbap here and the veggie pancake :) services been great everytime too. If you like sweet drinks check out the ginger tea.
Love the stone bowl here. It’s delicious and comes with lots of side veggies. Five star!
