Finally tried the new Wishbone. Actually it's been at its new location probably a year or so. We came late night with a large group. The service was friendly and on top of things. She kept the beer flowing and food and apps on time.
I'm a wing guy. Pretty much where ever I go and they have wings, I get them. Wishbone wings are good, not great. The hot wasn't hot, and the wings were thin.
I prefer my wings more meaty and wet. The apps were delicious. Try the tots or loaded cheese fries. You won't be disappointed.
Great food! I love the quesadilla! All of their food is very fresh and flavorful! Never had a bad meal! Prices are great, you definitely get you'd moneys worth!
We are at Wishbone twice a week. The only food I wasn't thrilled with was the fish which they removed from my bill and replaced with a different dish. Spicy Parmesan wings are the best. The wings are large and really good. We usually have waitress #46 and she has always been prompt, pleasant and accurate. We highly recommend Wishbone!
1st visit not our last. We were looking for someplace new to go on the west side and had heard good things about Wishbone Tavern. We ordered a variety of things from the menu so we could get a good idea of what was offered. The boneless wings are excellent! Obviously made from fresh chicken. I loved the deep fried portabella mushrooms and the wishbone dipping sauce. The staff and service were excellent. Returning soon to try other things! So glad to find this place!
Off to a decent start. Went on a Sunday right when they open (noon) and there was a larger party who had just arrived. The atmosphere was nice, and the place was very clean and nicely decorated. Even with the large party (about 15 people), we had quick service and the food came out in about 20 minutes.
The food needs a little work. The fried items we had seems to be frozen, when the menu boasts that it's fresh. I think they should truly do fresh each day if that's what they are going for.
Overall a good experience for a new place, and looking forward to see how they fare in the long run.
This was a random choice, and turned out to be quite impressive. The food was amazing and very affordable., the service was definitely better than normal. It was a clean, comfortable environment and the view was phenomenal.. definitely 100% recommend visiting if you have never been!
I had the Caribbean Chicken salad and a bowl of ham and bean soup. The meal was DELICIOUS!! The ham and bean soup was the BEST I have ever had!!! You know it’s home made because you can’t get that in a can!!! The only thing missing was a big slice of onion and some corn bread!!! Lol
We got the pit roast sandwich and the ultimate chicken sandwich and both were delicious. Tons of beer on tap, lots of TVs if you like sports , but not too loud if you don't. Will absolutely be back to try many of the other tasty sounding items on the menu!
This place is great for brunch! Bottomless mimosas, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere. Our waitress was amazing and fit right in with us! Coffee is keurig so a little slow and basic, but it does the trick. They accommodated a good sized group with no wait and seated us outside so we could be loud and rowdy!
I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time has been very great! Clean establishment, servers are smiling and actually look happy to be there. The food is really great, barely any grease, big portions and lots of menu items. Alcoholic beverages are very cold as well and don’t disappoint. Easy to access the building, patio and party room. They have plenty of TV’s to enjoy your sports games as well. They also have plenty of low top tables and high tops great for any handicap or children. However I do suggest they add Potato Wedges to their menu! I will definitely keep coming back.
The food and service staff are both good. The food is good for a place similar to a sports bar setting. Prices aren't horrendous as some other local spots are for their quality.
It is a sports bar type setting so it is generally loud and seat you at high tops.
Heidi, our waitress at the restaurant, provided exceptional service during our dining experience. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, making us feel welcome and valued as customers. Heidi was not only attentive to our needs but also had an extensive knowledge of the menu, helping us make excellent choices for our meal.
1st time there and we will definitely return. There menu is different than your typical bar & grill kind of food. Service was great (friendly and fast), ALL of our food was delicious, the food and drink prices are inexpensive, the place is cute & clean.
#cincinnatiburgerweek the next restaurant on the Westside in my area, that I hadn't visited before. Staff was awesome and burger was excellent. And how my eyes almost bugged out & my mouth dropped, when he sat the dessert treat on my table. Made the staff laugh. Will definitely come back to try out other items on the menu.
Food is always good service is always good. I just wish that they would bring back some of their older staple items. The chicken cordon blue & the hawaiian burger where to die for..
9/2/23 Aint there again tonight It was great, As always, our server, Corina, was very nice, polite and very tentative.
