I'm from NJ. I had more chances to have more authentic flavor experience with Chinese cuisine. To be honest, the food tasted here did not impress me but still OK. Service was a bit slow since there was only one to serve all guests. You might need some patience to be served.... I saw some customers came in and left due to this. Price is reasonable and regular. This is only my personal impression for my visit.
I live a simple, gray, dull life. Boring job, boring friends, boring day-to-day activities. My life was dark and dreary until I stepped foot in Fortune Noodle House. One bite of their Homestyle Tofu and their Stir Fried Egg and Tomato dish, I saw color for the first time in my life. I heard birds chirp, rainbows shine, and my taste buds came alive.
In all seriousness, Fortune Noodle House is THE best restaurant that this region has to offer. If you have not been then you must go as soon as you can. Rachel and her husband are the warmest and nicest people that you will ever have the pleasure of coming across. The food is fresh and delicious. Don't just take the food to go, sit and stay a while. Please visit Fortune Noodle House. Look at the photos that I attach and ask for those dishes when you arrive.
Really great food! We ordered a ton of food and it came out so quick. We had great service and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Would have given five stars but my family referred to the bathrooms as “nightmarish.” After hearing that I decided to skip the haunted house like bathrooms and stuck to enjoying my beef stew noodles. Definitely worth a trip, just use the bathroom somewhere else before you dine in
My husband and I had lunch at Fortune noodle house after a visit to UC. Having been to China several times, we know what authentic Chinese food tastes like. This place was authentic, delicious, fast, and the service was great. From our table, we were able to see the noodle chef pulling and cutting noodles. It was fun to watch. We ordered stir fried green beans, eggplant in garlic sauce, stir fried noodles with lamb and veggies, and Dandan noodles. We loved the lamb noodles and green beans. The eggplant was good but just a bit too sweet for us. The Dandan noodles they served was the dry version. We personally prefer the soup version that is popular in Japan. But overall, this is a great Chinese restaurant and we're so glad that we tried it. The food at Fortune Noodle House is something to look forward to next time we're up that way again.
Decent spot for Chinese food in Cincinnati. We ordered takeout which included pork rib noodle soup, shredded chicken, and Mongolian beef, and crab Rangoon. The Mongolian beef was very well seasoned and saucy. The noodles for the shredded chicken were a little more tough than Al Dente. Crab Rangoon is always a hit. Overall would recommend dining in for the best experience

We had a great experience at Fortune Noodle House! Food was DELICIOUS, service was AMAZING, and it was such a great atmosphere. We will most DEFINITELY be back.
We visited at the recommendation of a friend, and were not disappointed! We ordered the veggie hand pulled noodles, pot stickers, crab rangoons, and braised pork with sweet potato noodles. All were delicious! It was especially fun to get to watch the hand pulled noodles be made through the window into the kitchen.
The owner was super nice and came over to our table to introduce himself, and give us suggestions on what we should order. It was a real family feeling, and it was such a great dinner. I'd suggest it to everyone!
Fortune Noodle House never fails to please. The food is amazing it's authentic very unique flavors and plenty of food. I never leave disappointed it's a staple food stop for me. Sliced jalapenos Chinese eggplant and potato in a brown sauce 1099. Cumin beef with red pepper green pepper and onion A mere 13.99 and warm roasted pork belly in a garlic oil sauce is amazing and the huge appetizer portion is only 799 UPDATE. Had lunch today after opening Day festivities. Everything is still wonderful all dishes or exquisitely prepared. Prices have gone up since my last review but that is to be expected.
AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD!!! EVERYTHING TASTED AMAZING!!! WAITRESS AND SERVICE WERE GREAT!!! SHE WAS VERY HAPPY AND PLEASANT!!! Ate half my meal, their portions were so large and enjoyed the rest as leftovers that night. SO DELICIOUS! My Southeast Asian Laotian wife LOVED the food here too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR FOOD HERE!!! 👍👍😁👍👍
Got some take out from this place and it was very good. Although it took me 30 minutes to get back to the office to eat it, it was still very good.
They make the noodles fresh (they have a window you can look into while they make your food), so the flavors get soak right in. But I don't recommend noodles for take or because they get stuck together.
If you're in the area (or a foodie like me who is not in the area), go give them a try. Their prices are decent and the portions are good.
After a long day at the zoo...this place was exactly what we needed! CLEAN dinning room, welcoming staff and FOOD YOUR TASTE BUDS WILL THANKS YOU FOR!! EVERYTHING we ordered was suprisingly delicious!! Definately worth trying and if you live in the area, you're lucky to have this Gem!
