Great burger for the price. I'm a big fan of getting it crunchy. The fries and shakes are also awesome! Great spot to eat and get a few drinks at the casino.
Milkshake is da bomb!. The milkshake was amazing. Great choices if you love your burgers.
Fantastic Service. Great menu with interesting options, all burgers are cooked to temperature. The food was very good however the service makes it 5 stars. The entire team was very friendly and customer focused, we will definitely be back!
I LOVED the set up of the restaurant – like a trendy diner with funky music. Since it was our first time, I might have gotten a burger…and onions rings…and a milkshake…and an iced tea. Yes, I have decision-making issues. What did we get?

Bobby’s (Flay) Burger Palace (BBP) is a smart setup in the Horseshoe Casino that’s somewhere between fast food and diner. Patrons order from the burgers, sandwiches, salads, or milk shakes (some with liquor), pay at the register, and then take their seats and are served.
I'm a big Bobby Flay fan and was excited to eat one of his burger creations. I had the brunch burger with fries, and it was solid. Fried egg, cheese, and bacon on a burger is always good. The fries were nice and crispy. Not sure if they double fry them like Bobby does in the competitions but there good.
This is in a casino and has Bobby's name on it so of course things are a couple dollars more than normal.
Burgers and fries are pretty much the only thing on the menu although the do have a couple vegetation sandwiches.
Overall worth it and I'll go back.

Fairly limited menu, which makes choosing a lot easier and quicker. The burger selection is decent, and you can add and subtract things to your own tastes. The service is fast and friendly. The burgers are okay, a bit on the salty side for me even without the chips on the burger. Nothing to brag about. The alcoholic shakes are pretty nice too.
I have been here a few times. Never had to wait long for my food, and burgers have always been cooked perfectly to how I order them. I order medium and my wife orders well done.
The staff are always kind and look good and relatable to a younger trendy crowd. One of my favorite stops in the city.
Fantastic service! Fantastic food! Cool seating. First time there, and Craig the Assistant Manager was so great and accommodating. Although they have specialty burgers, you can add or takeaway any ingredients. Their burgers are huge, juicy and good. And their fries are good as well. But the BEST...their shakes. I got the Black & White, and my friend got the Pistachio shake. BOTH WERE DELICIOUS. Hey, parking is free at the casino, and the restaurant is less than a 30 second from the entrance, so give it a shot!
Really good burgers. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. The service is decent. You stand in line to order, but they do provide table service. The sweet potato fries were delicious and the burger was very good as well. Worth the visit.
I have eaten here twice and both times the food was amazing. The burgers were the two best burgers I have ever had. The milkshakes were fantastic as well. I wasn't all that impressed with the fries on their own, but they were very good with cheese.
I came here about 3 months ago. Possibly the best burger & best ginger tea I have ever had in my life. The staff was very pleasant & you could tell the cooks love what they do & really care. It is the only part of Cincinnati that I enjoyed. Thank you for making an awful road trip better.
I have been waiting to go to a Bobby Flay restaurant for quite some time and was not disappointed! Loved the food it was like he was actually in the kitchen! The only reason it was not a 5 star was that a member of my party ordered a rare burger and it came out well done. She still loved the balance and flavor but it should not have been offered if everything was going to come out the same.
