They consider pernil if you buy the whole leg. If you only want a small pernil, like half the leg they consider it carne para tamales and they upcharge you. Its still pretty cheap.

Purchased some Arrachera best price around . Have yet to grill the meat Had the arrachera . It was phenomenal!!!!! Simple marinade and a nice hot grill 13 lbs fed several for under $80 . Will buy all my grilling meat here.
