This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is superb. I had to go to other Starbucks due to a recent remodeling. I almost left because the other local Starbucks could not match the level and sophistication of this one. Kudos to management and staff there. Give them a well deserved raise!!

Renovated recently, bigger and better reserve. The new lighting is amazing. Just love the place more than any other starbucks in Chicago.
THE best Starbucks location. The staff are like family.....greeting you by name every single time and always friendly. I really love going here.
Cashier greeted me as I walked in and was very nice to ask if I'd like whip cream with my hot chocolate. Definitely! When my order came up the Barrista handed me the drink with her fingers on the opening of the lid. I cleaned the lid with my wipes. It might be a good idea if the barristas wore gloves when handing out drinks or let the customer petsonally handle the lid.
Wakes up to the counter, Erik welcomed me with a big smile and hades how I was doing. He took my order. I had a issue with my chase card(figures) and Erik was super kind while we tried again. It was just a nice experience especially considering the time. Oh... he’s also easy in the eyes. Just saying 😋
As always my bone dry cappuccino was perfect and delish
Outdoor patio was still open in Chicago. Great service & a regular coffe as refill free , after a double cafe macchiato.
