The food here is so good! Authentic Chinese taste and the price is very reasonable for the portion. The fancy decor of the restaurant gives a very classy and upscale vibe. I ate here 3 times during my 2 weeks vacation in Chicago. The service is really good and the staff are attentive and they work fast. Definitely recommend to those who love Chinese food and dim sum! PS: Only few photos taken because each time I came, I was so hungry and I forgot to take photos first.

Out of all the Minghin‘s in Chicago this one has the best atmosphere and service. If you are lucky you will be able to get street parking right in front of the restaurant. They have a large assortment of fried rice and noodles as well as dumpling dishes. Be sure to check out their happy hour and save on deals. My only complaint was that my congee was borderline cold- still ate it all.

The ordering process is very....modern. You're handed a tablet and make your selections on it and hand it back to the staff. A little impersonal, but effective! The atmosphere is great, awesome 70's modern styling, very airy and light. Bustling with staff and patrons. Food came pretty fast, and it was very delicious. My only complaint, is that I thought that I ordered items that were safely vegetarian, and found some shrimp in my soup. Maybe that's on me. I didn't let it tarnish our otherwise lovely lunch. I'd definitely stop in again.

BEST Chinese restaurant in Chicago. Love love this place. Absolutely loved the food, decor, and family friendly vibe of this place. The service was fast and the servers were extremely helpful in explaining the items on the menu. Great place for large groups, loved the circular tables with lazy Susan tops for easy access to food. Their menu is enormous with dim sum, noodles, rice, and many types of meat and vegetable dishes. There is something in there for everyone. Don’t wait and go check out Minghin restaurants now, they have multiple locations in Chicago.

Decide to explore the Asian cuisine scenery in my most recent trip to Chicago. Have a chance to try to Cantonese restaurant. The restaurant is bright and spacious. Friendly and fast service too. The price is actually very reasonable and portion is huge. I actually have enough leftover for a second meal. The food quality is quite good and comparable to the many Hong Kong style cafe at other cities. I think the chef could use less oil in the cooking just to make it healthier.

Been coming to this location more now since it’s been proving solid performance against :) its sister Chinatown location. Food has been consistently good and service is attentive with occasional mishaps. Dim sums are good, their main dishes really shine. The soft music is quite conducive to civilized eating (vs. loud touristy) but PLEASE when you put the dirty dishes in those basket by the windows where diners sit, place them quietly. Sometimes the bus staff practically throws dishes making very loud noises :)

Went here for dinner with an old friend after work. If I can sum this place up in a few words I would say it's a visually stunning place with great service and food for an amazing price. Immediately after sitting we were greeted kindly by our waiter who served us tea as we looked at the menu. All the choices seem really good so it was hard to make a decision but end up ordering three plates even though it was just two of us lol. We had the Mongolian beef, chow mein with pork and orange chicken with rice. The food was given to use relatively fast. It was definitely the best Chinese food I had in a really long time.

Dinner for two on a Sunday about 5 p.m. no waiting for a table. We got potstickers to start with. They were big and had a thick doughy skin. With my first bite I got a surprise jet of soup that shot across the table, so be for warned. They were very tasty. For the main course we got shrimp egg foo young and beef lo mein with the plan to share. I enjoyed both. But with just those three item's we probably could easily have feed three if not four people. It was happy accident that we ended up here, but glad we did. I would do it again.
