Grabbed a sandwich on my lunch break from work & had a great interaction with Derrick that put a little pep in my step. A good reminder to put out that good energy when you have some to spare . Give him a raise!
Recently went into this potbelly’s and I definitely noticed the positive atmosphere change! Food was really good and so was the customer service!

This location is top-notch and always has the best customer service. I had been there at various times throughout the day and in the early evening. Soup is always hot sandwiches are always perfectly prepared and they're always willing to accommodate special requests. Food is good. Place is always clean. And Extras are always stocked, whether it be straws utensils or the napkins. Thank you for always being reliable

I was motivated today to actually leave a review for anything after getting just the most exceptional and efficient service I have received in a long time. I showed up in the middle of lunch rush and there was easily 12+ people in line ahead of me. Worried, I noted the time and was wondering how long I was gonna be stuck waiting. Amazingly, I was walking back out with my lunch in about five minutes, no joke. Everyone was on top of their game.
I cannot say enough great things about this location. Who ever the manager is does an amazing job at hiring the right people. The staff is always energized and happy. Coming from a management retail background this is so important for the work environment and the customer. Everyone moves as a team and does everything efficiently. Love getting my breakfast and lunch from this location, great job!!

I’m updating my review because this location has gone above and beyond to get online orders right. They are very friendly and are so efficient! Completely different from early in the year. I’m very happy with this location.
Customer service, on the other hand, never responded to my email. Not the location’s fault.

I did contact customer service over a week ago and didn’t get a response.
I love the Wreck salad, it's really filling meat and cheese combo. I also like the pizza sub or their chicken salad, both are great sandwiches! Potbelly's is very reasonably priced, fresh and filling. I'm at the Mart often and this is a regular option since their is seating - gets really crowded at lunch time so aim for off hours if you can! Update: they don't have croutons on Saturdays but Nathan made some specially for me!!
