This is one of my fave restaurants in Chicago! I could come here for the drinks alone but usually stay for a meal. The food is incredible and carefully prepared and presented. The flavorful details keep me coming back and the service is outstanding. Everyone on staff really cares about your experience.
I will admit I was sad to see the crispy broccoli replaced by cauliflower for the summer, but the cauliflower was the best I'd ever had, so it's a fair trade. I WILL be back for that broccoli, though.
The Pork Loin with grits was fantastic, as well as my sazerac and pumpkin spice panna cotta. Great atmosphere and service to boot. Highly recommended.
Loved it. Tried the arugula salad, fish of the day and affogato. Everything was very tasty, the service was friendly and the ambiance is inviting.
I had a great time with my date there. The setting was nice. Couches, bar and tables. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our server made some wonderful recommendations and very accommodating when we wanted to switch to the couches. The other staff members refilled our water and had the sauces ready. I highly recommend the crispy broccoli. The sweet soy sauce with it was amazing. The couscous was amazing too. Wasn't a fan of the lamb meatballs though. It may have been the fact I was expecting beef but it tasted a bit dry. Overall i liked the Presidio. It's pricey but worth it.
Awesome drinks, great food menu and very kind service. My wife and I will definitely come back.

Great drink options with fancy ice (the ice is so important) from knowledgeable bartenders. The pasta with ragu sauce and crispy broccoli (big enough to share) were excellent. The people I dined with weren't as impressed with there food but I'm only commenting on my own because I didn't sample there's.
Great service! Fun atmosphere. Wonderful food- I had the monkfish ( fish of the day) and all the flavors of this dish blended together beautifully. We will definitely be back!
Delicious, quality food and drinks in upscale surroundings. The front bar gets super-busy and packed while the rear seating area is more tame. The service matches the wonderful array that they offer. I can't believe this is the same Bucktown that was overrun by drugs and gangs years ago. Worth the trip and street-parking fees (there is no free parking around there, another change from the cheap-old-days).
