I’ve been sharing Insomnia Cookies BOGO’s, specials and most recent Pajama party event with everyone, yet failed to partake for myself. But, that’s my life as a giver😞
Today was MY day. Scored the buy 6 get 6 for $1. Even with that deal, I kept trying to rationalize spending $17 bucks on 12 cookies. Well, let me tell you. I love nice things. I love great food. And these cookies are worth the pretty penny! Lucky for me, there was no line-no wait. I was immediately greeted by a wonderful man who waited as I placed my order through the app. Got a sample of the carmelillionaire(?) ice cream and it was delicious! Ate one cookie while they were still warm. 😋 Would’ve eaten more, but practiced discipline today. My daughter LOVED the chocolate chip ones. I don’t (and probably won’t) bake cookies at home to save a few dollars. Sometimes, some things are an experience.
We happened upon this place because we noticed open street parking, during rush hour. So we decided to give it a try. What a fortuitous decision! The cookies here are very delicious and served to you fresh and warm. I decided to go for the ice cream sandwich which was a winner! They had a special offer for "teachers" and my wife was able to get a small box of cookies for free. The customer service was friendly and there was ample space to sit and have a quick snack, when the pandemic precautions are ceased. As I mentioned, there is street parking available by paid meter. Recommended.
The gluten free and vegan cookie is pretty good. It’s much smaller than the regular ones though which is a bummer. I would love it if they had more gf options.
Excellent customer service when I went, greeted 👋 by Hannah- such a nice caring young lady. She was efficient, friendly 😁 and overall just made my experience exceptional. The cookies 🍪 were warm, fresh and delicious. 🙌🏼 I’ll be back (especially since they are 0 calorie cookies 😉)
I sent a surprise delivery of cookies, milk and ice cream to my student @ DePaul University. The delivery was super fast and my son definitely loved the treat! He even gave me a shout out Thank You Mom on Snapchat. 🥰 I will definitely be ordering again.

Edit: The store reached out to me about the situation and provided excellent customer service. My issue was resolved and I am happy with how the store handled the problem.
CHECK YOUR TOTAL BEFORE PAYING! The woman at the register kept charging us the wrong order and would say "Oh, the machine only lets me choose this". Which would be a few dollars more than what we asked for, so we got something else. When we decided on a small brownie with 2 scoops, she still charged us for the regular (3 scoops) instead of the small and ended up giving us the wrong brownie with only 2 scoops. The dessert was good the service was poor.

quick customer service which I love especially with covid, staff is friendly, place is clean seems well sanitized, they follow max capacity rules which I also love. cookies are priced moderate spent 30+ for these gems. 🍪🍪🤩 they taste amazing too and want to add they also have gluten free/vegan cookies which again I love ❤ they also put them in an individual bag 🎒 I there kept separate from the rest of the cookies im guessing to avoid cross contamination. (thank you for that) 👍💆♀️🤩 its hard to find a good cookie now a days so I honestly run 🏃♀️🏃♀️ here when I'm having a craving cant wait to try the cookiewich. lastly the cookies are huge!! love the packaging and logo 😍 too!.

I always come here for the late nigh munchies and they def the best cookies. I lost my wallet a year and 4months ago down town and today I learned they found it and I'm very happy they they went out their way to do the right thing!
