Food is good. Variety of breakfast and lunch items. Fast food next door had a long line and this place had no wait and more choices.
Based on my experience here, the food was pretty good overall. The sandwhich was hot and fresh. Beef was a little dry but still good. The addition of peppers gave it a solid kick. The fries were crispy. Vegetarian burger available. Customer service was fine. No issues. Would return and recommend for a bite.
I think the Chicago dog is the best dog, and this places is a really great Chicago dog at the airport.
Sausage was notably good, grilled well! Comes with fries or chips.
Terminal 3, concourse L, gate L4. Go and get that last Chicago dog before you leave Chicago!
Fast and very tasty. Great dog and beef sandwich. A little pricey, but it's in an airport. Good place to farewell Chicago foods.
This is the best Chicago style dog I've ever had. Landing back home from vacation starving, we stopped by this restaurant to grab a quick bite before the train ride home. The vegetables were fresh and the dog was flavorful. Very filling!
Sooooo pleased to have found a spot that has vegetarian option (impossible burger, some premade noodle dishes). Pretty sure it’s a shared cooking service situation. The staff was nice. The space is tight and it’s a little awkward to wait for food. But whatever, it’s so much better than so many other places at O’Hare. I’d love it if they offered a vegetarian Chicago style dog. PS my impossible burger, fries and lemonade was under $20. Barely, but hey. Aside from McDonalds that’s rare.
Fries were really good! The price of sausage + fry combo is worth more than the combos at the nearby McDonald's in my opinion as the fries and hot dogs were tasty.
My only complaint was that the hot dog could use a little more flavor and was not as jumbo as I expected, but nevertheless still good.
We always stop here when we travel back home. And always get the gyro meal with fries. Love that they put lots of meat and just enough tomatoes,sauce and onions. The fries are always hot and crispy. If you are looking for something else than McDonald's, this is the spot to get something to eat.
Pretty great restaurant for an airport restaurant. I got a cheeseburger and fries and the price wasn't that high for airport prices, and it was very good. The service was relatively quick too. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good, quick bite at terminal 3
After several bad experiences I finally found a good place at O'hare! Their burgers are SO good! It definitely hit the spot for me and I recommend it 1000 times over any other place in this airport. I was hesitant to try it at first but I waited enough to see it filling up by airport staff, so I knew it had to be good! I'd rather walk all the way to this place from any gate than try to find another good place in O'hare. I've had way too many bad experiences with other restaurants here.
