cozy, great variety, and innovative - you order on a big screen (and you can order from multiple places) and you pick it up and choose where to sit. they have booths, tables, and couches upstairs by the bar. it's a great place to go with friends when you want different things. i got a burger and my friend got pasta and we both loved our dishes. the environment is warm and modern and just perfect. i will 100% be back!
Very easy to order (on a large tapping screen) a VARIETY of food in one place. But also confusing to find which vendor is where - some of them were across the hallway. Ordered tuna pokey ball and I made a mistake of adding the entire soy sauce they provided and it was too salty. But ingredients were diverse and well-displayed. Also tried the berry smoothie from the Green Market Place. It was very good (forgot to take a picture). Want to go back again to try the Ramen and/or burgers and the milkshake. Overall a lot of families were there and it was a good, comfortable, and relaxing ambience with a lot of natural light, and it was very clean.
Love this peaceful place. Automated ordering and a good variety of food choices. Beautiful Deco design. Fast service and lots of varieties of places to sit.

I love this place!! There are so many comfortable seats and clean. I wish I knew this place earlier. There are many different choices as well! For example you can enjoy cheese burger and ramen together lol
We went at lunchtime the first week of January and there were plenty of seats available and no lines at any of the ordering kiosks. Loved being able to make orders for all options at one spot for all members of our family! All of our food was good and we would definitely return when in Chicago again. We tried Lost Lily’s sweet and sour chicken (very hot and fresh, lots of peppers and onions and pineapple with the chicken), the Rotisserie waffle fries (best waffle fries we’ve tried), Aster Sushi (amazing bowl - fresh and great flavors), Small Cheval (tasty and easy to customize), and the Chocolate Bar (giant cookies!). Hand washing station near the seating area is genius! Lots of easily accessible water cups, condiments, napkins and cutlery.

The food was just ok, but definitely pretty good for a food court consist of many types of cuisine. I do like the concept of cashier-less check out. Having tap sparkling water was nice. Food was prepared quickly. Very stylish spot!
What a lovely food hall. I found the variety of fresh offerings to be delightful. Baked goods at Chocolate Bar did not disappoint me one bit.
High tech and allergy friendly! Seamless ordering on massive tablet menus, can easily add items from multiple venues before heading to the ‘stalls’ to pickup. Tons of seating on two floors and a bar on the 2nd floor. Express elevators from each floor! Menu very clearly labeled with ingredients and allergens - including gluten free soy sauce in the condiment section. Great for a business lunch during the week and surely packed on weekends with visitors.
