I just went in today and had to file for two years as I had not done so in the previous. Melissa was incredibly kind, easy to speak with, and made made sure I understood everything we discussed. I definitely felt like they were in my corner and worked to get me the best outcome possible. This location seems to be here to truly help us out!
I went in yesterday for assistance with my state and federal taxes. The staff was great and I left 40 minutes later with my taxes completed and sent electronically. I'll go back next year. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to what H&R Block was quoting me for their service.
Excellent tax service. My tax preparer, Zafar is knowledgeable and trustworthy. It was a pleasure to work with him and I can say without reservation that he is a very efficient and thorough tax preparer.
I recommend Liberty Tax. The customer service is very professional. My refund arrived in 2 weeks and without any problems. A friend recommended me this place and it is certainly better than the place I regularly went to. I definitely recommend this place!
