The food was excellent! My wife and I came across the restaurant unexpectedly. The service was good. It was the sit down dinner experience with a couple of fast food style differences such as going to the counter to order your food instead of a waiter/waitress coming to your table. Which isn't bad! You got the benefit of taking your time to decide. Also, I liked the fact you had access to refill your own drink. The atmosphere, music, service, staff, and most of all the food was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place!

Yesterday was my 1st time eating there and the food was really good! I had the 1/2 chicken with medium sauce and my side was cole slaw! I truly enjoyed my food. I will be going there to eat abd I recommend this place. The host was very nice which also added to my enjoyable experience! Good food, good time. Parking not so good. At any rate they won a customer in me!
I went to Scotland and 4 out of 9 meals there were at Nandos I love their chicken that much. Saw the location in Chicago and had to try. Delicious!! Always fresh and their marinade is the best ever. I’d get Nando’s even if not very hungry.

Consistent quality and taste. Delicious! Wish they kept the mangoo sauce available and sold it in bottles. Definitely woth at least once.

Quick service too, with online menu and payment method. Recommend the half-chicken option for a single person. Conveniently located in the Westloop area on the famous Randolf street. Consider planning for parking nearby at a garage as it might be expensive to valet park your car on the street during a busy day.
If you have never been to Nando's I recommend trying the chicken skewers and the 2 1/4 Legs with Mango Lime flavor. The Brussel Sprouts were good and the fries were a little thicker and may not be what most people are used to. I prefer the rice as the side and it is turmeric flavored if that is something you like. The food was very good and consistent with other locations I have been to. The location is by a street and you would have to park on the side of the road if you can find parking close by.
The taste of the food was not only fresh, it was delicious. And affordable to boot, we are already planning to come back for lunch tomorrow. I'll have to grab some pics then to show how good the food was...but I ate it too fast to grab some today...lol
The West Loop location has a beautiful, spacious interior, and service is quick and friendly. I got the 1/4 chicken with lemon & herb and a side of Macho Peas. The peas had a great mix of textures and good flavor profile.
I tried 3 different sauces to go with the chicken— extra hot, medium, and garlic. None of them were crazily spicy honestly, not even the extra hot, so I for sure could’ve gone more spicy with the chicken itself. The chicken was really amazingly cooked— tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The plates are also beautifully presented.
Nando’s always exceeds my expectations. The food is fantastic music is upbeat and the Randolph team recognizes loyal customers. Thank you Shira for personally greeting me on every visit. For Carb counters this place is paradise! Protein and veggies galore await in a multitude of pairing options. The sauces are flavorful without the added sugar! Feel full and energized without exceeding your carb count! Way to go Nando’s West Loop!
Got take out. Ordered ahead on the web. It wasn’t ready when they said it would be so there was a wait. Surprisingly empty that day. I remember the hype when it first opened and you couldn’t get a seat. The chicken has been the same since day one. Still great. I think they changed the fries since they started and not for the better.

We ordered Peri-Peri (hot) Chicken Bowl and 1/2 Chicken (medium spicy) and Chips. The chicken was so tender and flavorful .. yummy!
Wow! Love this place. First time here. Unique menu compared to other spots I go to. Great service. Love the Coke freestyle machines and the variety of sauces to choose from. Nice atmosphere too! Definitely will come back next time I’m in the area.
