Quickly became one of my favorite Italian places in the city. The homemade jalapeno gnocchi is incredible. The pumpkin ravioli might be the best I have ever had. Great service too.

This is my favorite pasta place in Chicago. It's fresh and delicious! I recommend the homemade gnocchi.
This was our first visit to this cute little restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. The food came out very fast and very fresh. The taste was a bit bland but with salt, pepper, red pepper we were able to spice it up a bit. The Cavatappi Pollo no mushroom add onion was a great combination. We look forward to visiting again and checking out other dishes.
This is a quaint, little restaurant perfect for a date night or pasta to fuel you before your night out. I had ravioli with their pesto sauce - couldn’t recommend it more! Great flavor, warm, and delicious. You can tell the food is authentic and fresh!
Visited a second time. Healthy chicken pasta was delicious. I like how fast it was served and how the drinks were free refill. Would visit again!
Mmm Mmm Mmmmmmmm! Pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were too addicting to stop a full belly from finishing its meal. Garlic bread with the marinara sauce was incredible as well. Bread was toasty, yet still soft. The restaurant is a cute little place with a minimal amount of outstanding staff. It was cozy and busy. Our wait time was 25 minutes and they texted us when our table was ready. After we were seated, our food came out fairly quickly. Pasta Palazzo is a delight and I’m already looking forward to coming back again.
After a disappointing meal elsewhere the previous night in Chicago I was set on finding a hearty pasta dinner my second night, and boy did Pasta Palazzo deliver (well, I ordered for pick up, but you get it!).
I wanted to keep it simple before the Chicago Marathon and ordered the Penne Bolognese and Bruschetta. The portion size for the penne was more than generous and filled the entire take out container. The bruschetta, which I expected to be soggy by the time I returned to my hotel was actually cleverly packed with the bruschetta mix in portion containers with the toasted bread on the side. Not only did it taste amazing, but the pasta stayed hot on the whole 30 minute train ride back to my hotel.
Service was friendly, and the space seemed like it would have a lovely spot to dine in at if I had the time. Also, it was so well priced compared to other pasta or Italian restaurants, especially considering the portion size and quality.
If I didn’t live in Canada this spot would be my regular haunt, thankfully for my waistline it’s a bit of a commute.
Came out of google review retirement for this one. Best pasta I’ve had in a while, and the place is filled with the smell of them freshly making it. Highly recommend this awesome, local spot
Absolutely amazing. Waiter was very nice and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We watched them make our food and it came out super fast and hot. I would definitely recommend.
The pasta here is great. This is easily accessible in Lincoln Park to anyone looking for pasta or gluten-free pasta. The gluten-free penne was exactly what I needed. The staff was super helpful with their suggestions. Everything that was served was fresh and tasty. This is my first time but I plan to come back sometime soon with my family.
So fresh, soft and flavorful pasta! We will go back for try more!
I would definitely recommend this place. The food was excellent as was the service and the prices are very reasonable. They prepare the food in an open kitchen so you can watch the prep if you'd like. It was the atmosphere that was not just right. Only 1 set of table and chairs were standard height. All others were the taller, bar height. I'm never comfortable in the tall chairs but luckily we snagged the only short table. It's just worth noting. And the place is heavy with the smell of garlic. That's a plus in my book but not in everyone's.
