Just got take-out lunch and ate at the mall tables outside the restaurant proper, but very good! Not sure I’d make the place a dinner destination, but superb for lunch if out shopping.
We have visited every time while in Chicago. Hot dogs are amazing. Love the chopped salad too. The atmosphere is great too. Be prepared to wait in line on busy days.
We got right in, the service was extremely nice and also fast, and the pizza was DELCIOUS. One pizza can easily be split by two people, I highly recommend it.

Unbelievable lunch today. We were all taken off guard, because the food was so good. What does a kid's cheese pizza usually taste like? "Nothing to discuss with anyone". This is not the case here! It was outstanding. If a kids cheese pizza is this good just imagine how great the adult is? Try it - it is GREAT! The service was great also!
Amazing!. Great food, great service! We asked the concierge at the hotel and they told us it was just a little pizza place... WRONG! It has so much more and all of the food is amazing! Will most certainly be going back next time we are in town!
Awesome stuff. Best Veal Marsala outside of Mom's kitchen, and it's gluten free! Knowledgeable staff and a delightful staff- you will forget you're inside a mall.
Great food! Ravioli w/marinara rocked. Try with Ruffino Superiore Chianti. Veal Piccata very good also. Great atmosphere inside. Service is good. Best kept secret

Had early supper of pizza and beer. Ingredients were fresh, waiter was helpful, but for my taste, pizza could have cooked longer.
Delicious!. I love scaloppine and this place hit the spot. Prices, especially for lunch, are extremely affordable. Service was great, and for being in a mall the ambiance was very nice. I will most definitely return.
I recently moved to Chicago, and not being a Chicago native, I have naturally been sampling many pizza places because why wouldn't you eat pizza in a city that is famous for it? However, I have been very underwhelmed with every pizza place I have been too. Stumbled across Frankie's while shopping in the mall, as a friend who worked there said the pizza was good. When I say the pizza here is not only the best pizza in Chicago, it could easily be some of the best pizza I have had in the country. The sauce is delicious and light, the crust is very flavorful, and all the ingredients taste fresh. I could eat their pizza everyday. The only downside is they have one location! Love this place. You will not be disappointed.
The employees were polite, professional, friendly, and always maintained a positive attitude. The food was well prepared, in addition to being ready in a reasonable time. I highly recommend lunch here on Saturday, when they tend to be less busy. The prices are excellent as well. All in all, I don't see any reasons not to give at least 4 stars.

Aww...we had party of 6 includes two baby need high chairs...Waiting time was pretty long...almost 40mins. I wouldn't wait that long if it wasn't for another couple that we were with....nice thing is you can shop while you are waiting at this 900N Michigan mall...so we were able to use the waiting time.
Another aww...I didn't expect much for the mall restaurant. I was surprised by how good their bread was to begin with...They bake the bread in their stone oven. very good. I had baked spaghetti...My dish was super clean after wards...not even one dip of sauce was left.
I will go back to this place, but will avoid crowds next time
One of the Best slices if not the best ive had in Chicago. I come here at least twice a week. Delicious slices, great price and fast service. The girls at the register are always super friendly. Id recomend this place any day!
The location could not be better, on the fifth floor of the 900 North Michigan Avenue shopping center. While the patio is on the concourse of the mall, it feels like an escape from Chicago. The food is delicious and the prices are always reasonable. Try the deep dish cookie!
Tasty Cheap Lunch Spot. Had rigatoni with italian sausage. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the tomato cream sauce was delicious. Also had a slice of pizza which was simple but tasty.
you will never have a bad meal here. I love this place as you feel like your in a little cocoon where you can relax and leisurely share fantastic food, good drinks and great conversation. I would order their food from grub hub if it wasn't so much for delivery!
My coworkers and I love to come to the bar area of this restaurant; it's private and the bar service extends to the tables. The bartender is friendly, the food is good, and my friends and I keep coming back. Definitely hit this place for lunch or dinner!
Located at 900 North MIchigan mall, Frankies is and Italian eatery with incredible cuisine. i love their wide variety of wood oven pizzas and their selection of pastas.
This is a very good place to dine if your looking for good italian food.
friendly service. we enjoyed lunch there recently. mon. and tues a bottle of wine for $10 :) the baked spaghetti is good but very rich. the chicken scallopini was good as well. we enjoyed ikt.
