I have not been to Chicago since 1999. My Brother and I are heading to Michigan for the holidays and stayed at the Palmer House. We both love Sushi, looked up the closest one and went. I will say it was from start to finish amazing. Friendly staff, amazing service, well played food presentation, our server was nice and giving us time to look over everything. Overall you want a amazing time, great food and sake bombs. Hot Woks Cool Sushi is the place to be. Thank you to the staff and the company for making our time there wonderful. Happy Holidays
Very good location, food, server. We always enjoy salmon bento box with miso soup and usually find someting new to try. There is also a menu for tee, sake , wine by glass and by bottle, so you can find something you like.

there’s a whole vegan/vegetarian section on the menu, which i really appreciated.
my friend had a severe nut allergy and they clarified whether every single item on the table had nuts/possible cross contamination (without us even asking them to do that) so that we knew what we could share.
they also gave us pens to complete the christmas activities on the kids menu😁

food was good! Tom yum ramen was nice; not the best I've had, but definitely still good. Alaskan roll was also good: fish tastes fresh and the rice was well cooked, and the rice to filling ratio was good too. vibes are great; interior design is simple yet pleasant. there's even little games on the backside of the table mat, which was AWESOME.
Great variety of food at decent prices. I think the menu has a lot of thai, chinese, and japanese options so for people who are indecisive/in the mood for a bunch of dishes, this is the place. The fish tasted quite fresh and the seaweed and cucumber salads were amazing. Good service and good food! Totally recommend!
The food here was sooo delicious and well worth the money. I haven't had ramen in forever and it was worth the wait. We came during lunch and it wasn't that busy but later for dinner it was packed in the restaurant! Such a cute place, the servers were so nice and helpful.

It’s right across from the Bean (cloud gate) and the art institute of Chicago so it’s the perfect spot for lunch.
The Crab Rangoon were crispy and the filling was delicious. It was not too sweet or salty but very black pepper heavy.
Mango Pudding was a custard based with fresh mangos. The texture was silky smooth and taste was refreshing. Perfect way to end the meal.
We came here for lunch today and had an excellent time! The ambiance was nice and welcoming, with good music playing in the background. We ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box, spicy garlic ramen, and beef teriyaki bento box. The portion sizes are huge, the prices are reasonable, and the food is all delicious. We will definitely be back to try their sushi and other menu items!
This was a great stop after going to the Art Institute and the bean in millennium park! Super nice staff, quick service, and a great vibe. The food was super tasty too, my bf got a the Tom Yum Ramen bowl and I got the Pad Thai which was great! Definitely will be stopping here again :)
Really should pay more attention to their customers uh that I asked for a container to go and to pay my bill that they had taken everybody else's money. In they never would come back to take their money finally we got it paid. But I think they need to pay more attention but the food was awesome atmosphere was awesome would love to go again.
Great sushi in downtown Chicago, close walking proximity to many nearby attractions as well. Food tastes amazing and great service too!
As a vegetarian, I was very happy to try the tofu steak. It was delicious. Prices were very reasonable for being right across from Millennium Park. Our service was very friendly and attentive. Will be back!
