They have the best ice cream—always been that way! Animals are awesome so please try to help them out with donations since the petting zoo is free of charge. Brought home the best chicken pot pie 🥧 for dinner that I have ever had-highly recommend it to everyone and will be getting it again.
Best ice cream in town! Delicious food, wonderful customer service. My husband and I happened to drive by while out exploring one day! We stopped in and split a chicken salad sandwich (delicious) I got a milk shake (amazing) and he got some ice cream (best I've ever had)! We fed the goats, and walked around a bit. We enjoyed it so much we had company from out of town and took them and our daughter. Everyone loved it just as much as we did. We also bought milk and a chicken pot pie and both were really good.
This is an overall fun place to go. The have animals out back that you can go a pet along with fresh had picked vegetables. The milk is also super fresh.

Fresh Everything and Amazingly Nice. All of the food, milk, ice-cream, breads and pies are all made that day fresh. The folks that work here are amazingly nice and a pleasure to be around.
This is also one of (if not the only) place to buy fresh milk.
It is pricey but I think it is worth it.
Delicious food, friendly service, unusual drinks to choose from in the cooler (ie. birch beer, ginger beer), yummy homemade ice cream. Only complaint--it's pretty pricey--$61 for my four sons & I to have lunch. Could use a few more tables--there's enough room for them.
Love this place.. This stuff is truly made from scratch, and there's so much to love about this place. My favorite lunch is the pork barbecue on 5 grain fitness bead. I also love the strawberry pie with homemade whipped cream. I just wish they had a few more seats and a little more space to sit inside, and maybe even a highchair.
Alittle Pricey......but GOOD!. Most everything in here is homemade........ice cream, pies, cookies and the BEST Cinnamon Rolls around. Haven't tried the sandwiches, but they must be a hit cause they are packed most days for lunch!
Best cookies-n-cream ice cream anywhere. Good chicken salad, pork BBQ, homemade breads, and the nicest people you ever want to meet. Getting to be my favorite Friday lunch spot.

Best Pork BBQ sandwich around!. I am very surprised that no one has mentioned the pork BBQ sandwich! It is a TRUE NC-style BBQ that has tons of flavor, but none of the goopy sauces people try to use to cover up the lack of flavor in their pork. The family is absolutely sweet and loves every customer that walks in their door like family...but back to the BBQ sandwich.
The roll is one of their big, thick, hearty buns, and is completely stuffed full of wonderful BBQ. The pork drips out over the sides of the bun and I like it served with a huge serving of their cole slaw. After a motorcycle ride to NC to get a BBQ from a place that a friend recommended, I was so disappointed, we left his "place" and rode straight to Bergey's for a second lunch, where he promptly apologized and has since been on the Bergey's bandwagon!
I will say this, the strawberry pies look delicious, but they always seem to be spoken for when I get in. I guess I have to play it smart and order one some day to get my hands on one.
My wife and I have also eaten breakfast there and the cinammon rolls and pastries are amazing!
If only they would consider opening a second location in Deep Creek? We sure could use a culinary boost over here!
