Always delicious!! Hot and fresh, the guy at the drive-thru was a little bit of a jerk but it's understandable with it being busy and being out of several drinks. I ordered curly fries but they were the regular fries. A little bit disappointed with those but everything else was spot on and perfect.

Update: Still cant believe that the drive-thru cashier attended at this location at 2:10 am can be so chipper and friendly truly a joy to get a fast bite on your long night of work . It's a well lit up restaurant that is safe to use and it's cooked fresh every order and the chicken strip is the size of your hand 🖐 and the burgers have a good selection of ingredients and styles that cost a bit more than the usual fast food restaurants, but try the jumbo cheese jack burger 🍔 masterpiece for cheese burger fans☆☆☆☆☆ thank you so very much for the late night love sincerely sid 🏆🍟😅🍔🌯🌮🥤

My son and I went to a book signing and we fell in love with this place. It was not far from the hotel so we researched reviews and decided to give it a try. The FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! We enjoyed it so much that we went for breakfast, lunch, dinner and bought some food for the road. Every time we go South, we look to see if one of these restaurants are nearby.
So, I came thru drive thru and ordered thr #12 combo, the drive thru attendant was very personable and got the order correct, that's not where the problem lay (though admittedly, I have had some who were borderline rude with no greeting, just a simple what's your order..), I get home, and bite into the sandwich and it's so old thr chicken is literally hard. I was livid. I live in Ballentyne, so that woukd have been another 20 min drive back alone. I called and spoke to the manager, who was sincere in her apology and assured me she would check the timer on the food at that point as she just got there and offered to substitute a full free lunch on her the next time I came by. M, thank you for doing your best to correct an error. When people pay for a product, they are expecting a product (especially in the case of food) to be correct. I can name a few places this has happened to me and I've called only to be basically blown off. So again, thank you.
The old saying you get what you pay for. That was what I was expecting. But the food was soo good. I definitely coming back. And the guy in the drive was so nice. He went out his way to put Toca sauce on my Toca.
Went there because we were hungry of course. We used the drive thru as it was easier so I didn't see the inside. The menu had lots of options, almost tried the Snoop Dogg meal but decided not to. Got a bacon burger with curly fries. Both items were fantastic, even the bacon was cooked perfectly. As far as the guy running drive thru at the time, he was pretty average. Took order, took money, gave food, that's it. No real customer service. That really doesn't bother me though, so I'd go back any day.
Love the food always hot and fresh. Customer service is top notch with a smile. Building and outside parking area is clean!!!
