Loving this mocha. Never tried one so I figured I would, and Mari was incredibly helpful and very kind! I would definitely come back for more. Highly recommend
Convenient location for all of UNCC, good drinks made in a timely manner. I am sure it gets packed during school hours but I would be back!
I’m going to give this review based upon Carly. I asked her about my drink that was supposed to Been ready. She tells me she’s just drive thru. But, she’s the only one I can speak to at that time. She continued doing what she was doing when she could’ve simply checked for me. Carly, some of us have been coming here since day one and this is not Starbucks behavior. Patty is always great. She knows her customers ☺️ Oan Eric is awesome as well! All you had to do Carly was check on the drink for me geesh.
It is a nice facility. The staff were quite helpful. The drinks consistent and good. I need to watch out, my daughter's becoming a big fan of the Frappuccinos.
Just like any other starbucks. Would be good if they carry some veg wraps apart from just the tomato mozzarella.
It's a popular location so the line is sometimes long, but service and drinks are usually good
