I eat at BWW at Steele Creek several (15-20) times a year, but yesterday's experience was extraordinarily exceptional. Our Veteran's group unanimously decided to have lunch there because of their generosity towards Veterans. Brook (without an "e") was our server and she was FANTASTIC! She explained that lunch and a soft drink were "on the house" in recognition of our military service. A couple at another table even offered to pick-up our tab for items not covered by BWW's generous offer. Our group was treated so graciously by staff and customers alike. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings, you made our day.
We've been to this bww on many occasions. The previous time we went we had a young female waitress who didn't even bother to engaged in simple conversations. I didn't want to
Go back there again but we wanted some wings so we did go back there. This visit was so different. Ken (like ken and Barbie) made our dining experience a pleasure. He knew exactly what to say exactly when to come take our plates he was just on point. His personality is amazing. He is a ray of light in the establishment. All your staff should be trained by him. His energy was amazing and he was efficient. Thanks to ken you now have a regular customer but only when he is there. If he is not management already he should be considered. Excellent service.
