I always love me some taco bell. I have a love/ hate relationship with the order kiosk. I miss ordering with a human. Now the prices have gone way up despite me doing all the work of the counter person. But I will love taco bell til I die!!
The staff here was great they were very considerate and friendly. I have been through the drive thru here as well as ordered inside as well as picked up a couple door dash orders and each time the experience has been positive. Food could be put together a little less sloppy and do make sure they don’t forget your drink!
The woman at the register was really nice, and it’s been like that most every time I go! Fast service, nice people, and they’ve never messed up my order. A super quality Taco Bell

We went through the drive thru in our big old tow truck with a brand new car on it..... Riccy and his fellow coworker was hilarious..... I so enjoy exceptional customer service and they provided it and made my night better! Keep up the excellent work ethics and the amazing personality. Don't let anyone steal your joy....life is to short. But tomorrow I am coming back for my 2 nachos and large Pepsi.... You had me laughing so hard I drove off and forgot it. 🤣
I love this particular store because the Manager who works here does an awesome job not just dealing with the consumer but her employees as well. She imparts knowledge to them and not in a demeaning manner and they respect her words of wisdom. My food is usually prepared as requested and always hot. Compared to the store which is closer to my house I will NEVER return there because I always have an issue with the personnel there on mistakes that they continuously make even though I make my preference known and they never follow through and then get really belligerent (manager included). I prefer to travel to be accommodated accordingly since I am paying for what I want.
Today 1.13.2023 I got really GREAT service fr Shawn. The food was great as well. Shawn did mention doing a survey I’m going to complete that after writing this review. Thank you Shawn I really want to coke back because your customer service skills through the drive thru is fantastic, from the speaker to the window. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
