We had an issue with our previous delivery order. I called and spoke with Tony and had a very pleasant exchange. Tony deserves all respect and gratitude for remedying our issue. We'll return from now on. thank you Tony and Papa Johns-very happy customers. Hive this restaurant a try.
Tony Pepperoni was so helpful and kind to us! We had a mix up and ordered our pizzas at a different location on accident and Tony told us not to worry and had our pizzas ready in 15 minutes and canceled the pizzas at the other location. He is great and works so hard to make his customers happy and it shows! Thank you Tony!
Tony Pepperoni (that's what he asked me to call him) and his crew were on it Friday night. My pizza was ready before the app's original ETA. When I entered I was greated immediately with a pleasant hello. I'm not from this neighborhood, so to make it feel as if I've been going there for years felt quite nice. If I'm ever in the area again and need pizza, I'm going here! Thanks!

Despite it being a crazy Friday night, Tony and all the other staff that I didn't get their names were fantastic. Extremely friendly and personal with each customer. AND my pizza was ready 30 minutes before the expected time. Good customer service is hard to find now days and this staff working Friday night has it figured out. Thank you Tony and staff!

Soft bread with juicy cheesy and sausage topping …..one of the best pizza in Charlotte.
My boyfriend picked up our pizza and TONY MADE HIS NIGHT. he said it was slammed and Tony was so friendly and fun. He gave amazing customer service to other people in the busy restaurant. We even got our pizza 30 mins early!! GO SEE TONY!!
Great service. Had a large order the day off for a staff meeting and it was fulfilled promptly and the staff there helped load everything into my car. Mr. Pepperoni (I’m guessing the manager) was very friendly and helpful!
I haven't had much luck with this restaurant, but tonight, had a great one due to Tony Pepperoni!! He is a definite asset to this company, his attitude, and most importantly customer service is top notch!! He was wonderful, helpful and kind from beginning to end all with a smile!! Will now be back again!!

Definitely a good store, closes at 11:00 PM. Good bake and tastes fresh.
