It was finally open! We have a season pass and everytime we have gone to eat there it has been closed. Finally on Saturday we were able to get some yummy food. Was disappointed about them making us get at the back of the line because we still had 1 minute on our meal plan before we could get our second meal. The lady said that the register didn't have a code to bypass....
One of the more popular places to eat at Carowinds. The prices are a little high but the food is great.
Great cheese steak sandwiches! Fries are great as well. Kinda expensive but left full and happy. Hard to find a clean table but the place was busy so we dealt with it.
Walked in and the guy at the register just looked at us when we asked if they were opened then just mumbled to us when we made our order
The Philly cheesesteak, crab fries, and fried shrimps were all delicious. Staff was friendly and the food was served like in under 3 minutes.
P.S: The Philly cheesesteak doesn't come with vegetables nor do I think any of the other sandwiches.
Delicious Cheesesteak and World Famous fries. I prefer the steak to the chicken but both are good. Definitely a plus that they don't add onions or peppers to the cheesesteak. Love that!! Will definitely be back in March to keep using my meal pass.

You can use your Carowinds dining plan to get the original cheese steak with a side of fries, the chicken cheese steak with a side of fries, or a Caesar salad. Their fries are incredible and be sure to get the cheese sauce to dip your fries in! Eat inside and enjoy the A/C or brave the sun and heat and eat outside.
I’m not too sure why they have so many negative reviews. For starters, their location is in an amusement park. They can not dish out fresh food every minute. Especially with their location being available on the Dinner Plan for Carowinds. The portions you receive are very big. More then enough for two people. The ordering system is also very simple. You scan your gold pass and it applies your dinner plan pass. Pick your items (you have two options with the Dinner Pass) and then you receive a ticket. Unless you buy a drink or something extra, you just sit or stand and wait for your number to be called. I love the original cheesesteak sandwich and their fries are to die for. I always make sure to order extra cheese sauce because that stuff is DELICIOUS. This is probably my favorite place to get food from in the whole park. I definitely recommend it to those with or without the dinner pass.
The fries were unexpectedly tasty. Not really "crab fries" bit they are seasoned nicely. The cheese sauce that comes with it is also tasty although it doesn't really go with the seasoning on the fries.
It was a nice experience and good food. The meal plan options from the menu weren't the best for my mom who had to share with my baby sister, which was difficult to share since it was only cheesteaks. It was delicious. The place was nice with football jersey's and nice decor.
