Yummy the iced coffee is the best of all coffee shops they could stand to lower the prices some
I can't attest to the food or drinks, nor the service because both times I went they were closed in the middle of the day, and in the morning another day, but I will give 5 stars for the super fast awesome wifi. Best wifi around for sure! I stop here just to use it sometimes and no one has ever bothered me 😅
Poor lady at the drive through there was a sign that they close at 2pm because of short staff. The lady was so nice and we got to talking
As always the best customer service I have experienced in the city of Charlotte! I order Vanilla Iced Coffee with cream & sugar and each & every time it exceeds my expectations!! Thank you to all the staff @ DD you guys are fabulous & I wouldn’t change a thing!!
Love simple.eating done right... Dunking is always perfection for breakfast. I get the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a chocolate frosted donut and a coffee roll for my mom. Always tasty. The iced decaf was perfectly sweetened and creamy. My mom enjoyed her coffee too.

Went there for lunch today and just ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, when my order was brought to me they handed me my sandwich and a bag of hashbrowns, I told the employee that I didn't order hashbrowns and he said, "I know, but you should have something to go with the sandwich", then asked if I wanted a cup of water also!! Will definitely go back!!!👍👍👍
Some visits go smoothly, while others do not. I order via the app, and sometimes my items are given to other customers, which means I have to wait for them to be remade. Also, the bacon isn't always fully cooked on the chicken sandwich.
The store is under new owners and I have been only here three times so far and I am back in love with the coffee and food they serve. The first time I drove past and saw the new sign up I was hopeful again and I was rewarded with an amazing coffee cup where they made the perfect cup of coffee. The bagels have been fresh every time I order them, they are always wonrm even tho I get them not toasted, the employee says they were just out of the oven. I will come back for the sweet addictive coffee every morning!
Cheap n tasty. Coffee has lots of flavor options for regular coffee. The bacon egg n cheese can be put on different breads (everything bagel is my favorite) they haven't messed up an order yet. I've only been a few times. Also the donuts are very good, but I usually get sweet coffee and a sweet donut too is too much.
