Just wanted to take a moment to give them a good review. We went through the drive-thru. Everyone was awesome and friendly. Even had the cold foods and condiments together, which often doesn't happen at other fast food places (minus a salad). The bags were also packed nice too. I appreciate it. Also Wendy's pay your workers a living wage please.
The burger wasn't as good as usual. Needed something.
Did not care for the Pumpkin Frosty. Also....a Medium was the size of a Small! (See Medium Coke and Medium Frosty in photo.)
We ordered in. Got four of the 4 for $4. They forgot the nuggets on two of the orders and two of the buggers were under cooked. The staff quickly corrected the mistakes and went above and beyond, they offered three frosties. 5 starts! Will come back again. They were so friendly as well.
Normally Wendy's customer service is a bit lacking but our cashier today was exceptionally kind and helpful. Happy to see this change and thank you for the good experience!!

The employees were outstanding and the food was the best I have ever had from any Wendy's in any state. Hot, fresh, fast. We dined in, only complaint is the ketchup dispenser was out, but no big deal, just got packets from counter.
I needed to give this location five stars just for customer service I came to get dinner for my family something fast on a Friday night. The drive thru had a steady flow you could tell new staff was being trained but the manager on site was professional, fast, kind, and supported everyone on her staff. Big shout out to Ms. Kila for running this establishment.
I seem to have lost first review. I visited a Charlotte NC location and received substandard service. It was about 7:30 pm. I ordered a single with cheese and chocolate frosty. The burger had been sitting much too long, or it appeared that way. So much so that I took one bite and threw it away. The frosty was too loose. This is the second time I purchased a frosty at this location that was not as thick as they should be. And this was upon be served not after I reached home. These problems are becoming regular issues. I’ve complained about three other locations with similar problems or service problems. Please do better .
