Fast and easy place for a "fish fry" flavor. Portions could be a little better on the wings. They say 5 pieces but two of the wings were just bread bits and tiny would recommend letting them know you want actual wings instead of fried bread. Food was fresh and fast. Decent fast food option
The restaurant was very clean and the service was fast. The food was very tasty as I expected from a Zaxby's.
There was a small error with my order and when I took it back, Justin took care of me. He did a great job of making me feel important and heard. The customer service was amazing and solutions were made extremely fast. Thank you Justin and Team working at 1:30pm on a Friday.
Very clean environment, and really good food. But what really got us was the customer service. All the workers were very nice and communicated well. We enjoyed eating here.
Looks like zaxby's wants to throw their hat into the spicy chicken sandwich throw down between Popeyes and Chick-fil-A 😊
The gentleman with the blonde hair at the drive thru today was such a character, he made that entire visit a blast. I haven't seen him here previously but whatever you're paying him...it's not enough!!!!! I've been to this location many times and have never received such great service! Thank you for making a dark day so much better!
Really clean, great food and great service! This was our first time ever at a Zaxbys and the manager Pedro absolutely won us over. He was awesome! Walked us through the menu options and we loved his recommendations. Great GM. We will be back to this Zaxbys!
As I walked in, I was told they took call in only, but the manager have me free salad, and asked me to be sure and come back as they were hiring more help. The salad was very good with plenty of fresh lettuce, tomato's, cucumbers, bacon and eggs.
I will go back.
