Very good hygiene rating not characteristic of most fast food places in Charlotte. The cashier was polite and knowledgeable. The wait time was short and the food was fresh and hot.

I only come here when i want a decent salad. I like them the best. Chicken is nice here too. Nuggets or homestyle crispy or spicy. They are all good. The grilled is lackluster. I also enjoy their breakfasts. Iced coffee is real good too.
Salads are excellent. The chili had too many beans and hardly any ground beef. The chili was 3 stars.
There is not much they can do about the line, it is ALWAYS long and that just shows how good the food is. I literally waited 45 mins and this time I can say It was worth the wait. I got to the window and the gentleman was very polite taking my order, then when I got to window, they made sure I had what I needed and even asked if I need sauce. This was a complete night and day experiece from myasthenia visit where the person was rude and then both people didn't even bother to speak or even look at me when I was at the window, never gave me my total or my receipt. It was a shame.
I thought about never coming back and calling corporate to complain. But I'm glad I gave this place another try. Hopefully it stays this way because it's so close to my very stressful career in helping women in crisis and I need a good lunch spot steal away to sometimes. Thank you 😊

Went for a delivery pick up, store was closed. Went to the window, stated loud and clear I was there for a delivery pick up. I was told to pull forward to the first window. When the young lady came to the window, she asked what did I order. Advised I was there for grubhub pickup, she then stated, you should have said that at the box. Now if you give me attitude, guess what you get back. ok. Advised I stated that loud and clear, so she needs to speak with the person that answered the call box and not take it out on me. Snatched my delivery and left. No more pick ups here and made Grubhub fully aware of this situation.
