We visited and ordered the traditional jerk chicken with Mac and cheese and plantains, beef patties, and a side salad. The salad and beef patties were perfect! The Mac n cheese could use more seasoning. I loved the customer service and the restaurant was tidy and cute!
We stopped here for lunch on the way back to SC. It's a short drive from the Outlets tucked away in a small strip shopping center. We viewed the menu, ordered, paid, and sat down with our drinks. The food was freshly made and brought to our table in styro containers in a matter of minutes. My wife had the 3 Jerk Chicken Tacos. Generous portion of tender chicken with a nice sweet mango salsa to help counter the heat. I had the Curry Goat with rice, fried plantains, and collards. Delicious!! Very authentic Jamaican food.
As a first time customer I've been coming here frequently within a couple of weeks. I came across this place and decided to give it a try especially since I was craving some good Jamaican food. And man did I luck up..! There's something special about this place on how the food is cooked. You can definitely tell by tasting it. The food to go was not only appealing with a nice presentation but more importantly the quality and freshness to the taste. I've never tasted plantains as good as this place makes them.! The jerk seasoning was just right. A little bit of heat but not overpowering. The mac n cheese was delicious. The tacos 🌮 are definitely a good choice and freshly made to the taste. My first few experiences have been nothing but great. Its too bad you're not able to enjoy eating inside due to this covid-19 mess. I'll definitely continue try their other selections off their menu.
This is the restaurant you shouldn’t miss! We ordered the chicken lunch with salad and fried sweet potato as sides! The chicken tasted so flavorful! I love the bean rice as well! Fried sweet potato fries are hot and crispy! will come back for sure to try some other things!
My friend had the Jerk Joint cater her housewarming party. We had jerk chicken, stew chicken, rice and peas, Mac and cheese and cabbage. The food was delicious. The jerk sauce set it off. Everything was great. I went back for seconds on the jerk chicken and it was gone. The food was hot and ready when we picked it up and the owner even brought it out to the car and helped load it. I would definitely recommend this place for any event or just to grab a bite.

The food...ON POINT! The prices just right! I would go here again and again and again. I would even have them cater an event for me because their standard of cleanliness, impeccable!!
The food was amazing! I had the jerk chicken tacos. Perfect mixture of the jerk and mango. Presentation was great. The customer service was phenomenal! They asked if I needed anything else after I was served and came back around afterwards to ask how everything was. The vibe was great. They also informed me of their taco special on Tuesday and Karaoke night on Saturday. I will definitely be back to try more dishes and to carry a vibe on Saturday!
Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the ambiance was great too! My family and I grooved to the Caribbean music while we devoured our tasty dinner! We will definitely be back soon!!!
Thank you very much for cooking a flavorful dinner for my husband and me. We loved our order. I had salmon over rice and he had the chicken sandwich. I tried the coleslaw his sandwich came with and it was yummy.
Also, the fried plantains were super nice and the collard greens was served hot. The food was fresh and we were happy.

Everything was ready and hot when i arrived for pick up. Ms. Angel put on a master class with every dish. The food was seasoned to perfection, amazing flavor, just a perfect meal. I could not have chosen a better place to cater my event!! Thank you Ms. Angel and the Jerk Joint!
