First time to this chain restaurant. The food tasted much like Moe’s Southwest Grill, but Salsarita’s chips tasted better! Customer service was friendly. Good first experience.
Food is delicious, service is friendly and fast. Best fast-Mexican food in Charlotte!
However. The actual dine-in area feels dirty and dated. Sticky tables, dinged-up furniture, and a very tired feel. New, updated furniture seems past due!
This is the best location! The staff is super nice, the food is always great & they are fast! I work right down the street from here & only have a 30 minute lunch and I am able to get here, order food & get back to work and still have time to eat. Highly recommend.

Food is good but not premium. Location is clean and safe but no real atmosphere. The biggest issue is the price. $25 for a taco salad and two tacos with chips and guacamole. Most locally owned authentic Mexican restaurants would far exceed this place in quality, quantity, and atmosphere for the same price point.
It’s alright.. not like normal Mexican food though more like Chipotle food. Had nachos suppose to be chicken, refried beans, queso, & fajita veggies and there was 2 spots of queso didn’t really see any chicken and the whole nachos were smothered in refried beans... all I tasted was beans. This was actually order by accident as I thought it was the Mexican place I ordered from before and it wasn’t. But it was alright if your into chipotle kinda Mexican food.
The staff was so helpful - my kids asked for ice cream and one of the employees went and grabbed them a free cookie. So nice. The food was fantastic! Great job by the staff at this location they are killing it!
I work very close to this Salsarita’s so find myself eating here more often than I’d like to admit. I keep coming back because the staff members all go out of their way to take great care of you. They are friendly and make suggestions for new things for me to try. The app is easy to use for order-ahead.
