We was greeted as soon as we walked in she had a smell in my face also. The customer service we received was excellent. We was in a party with eight people they took our drink orders then came back properly and took her meal order. The food came out hot in season very well.
Haven't been to Hawthornes in 7 years. Got their buffalo stromboli and it was extremely good. Fresh ingredients the price is good. Their ranch is great. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.. the bar area has a good amount of TV's to watch the games. Friendly staff very clean
Some of the best pizza around taste just like it didn't in New York. Only issue I have is customer service is ok. For to go orders your basically invisible, you get help when they feel like it. The atmosphere definitely leaves something to be desired.
We loved the chicken sandwich with delicious waffle fries. Friendly wait staff. We also ordered a Calzone. It looked great, but it lacked any special flavor or spices. It was very bland. 😏 Next time I'll go back to ordering their lasagna, as that doesn't disappoint. ❤
Truly an overall awesome restaurant. I get “to-go” often and of all my 15-plus orders have been perfect. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming and knowledgeable. It’s one of the few places you can still find good food and good service post Covid.

We were greeted instantly and sat down to a very clean booth quickly on a Saturday. My wife ordered Penne Ala Vodka with blackened chicken and I had the signature bbq chicken ranch pizza. All of the food arrived hot and fast!
Delicious pasta with roasted garlic, very flavorful sauce and perfect al dente’ pasta. (Garlic bread was on point too.) The blackened chicken wasn’t dry and seasoned perfectly! Had a Cajun flair.
My BBQ pizza had a great ranch flavor with their own house ranch and the bacon and red onions complemented it well. Perfectly cooked crust. The service was great also. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an excellent meal, service and fair price.
Ordered delivery from them, got the meatballs and broccoli and man oh man was it delish! The meatballs were heavenly, seasoned so perfectly. And the broccoli was cooked to perfection, not too crunchy and not too soft. Package arrived hot and sealed tightly. Definitely will be ordering again.
Excellent service - everyone was friendly and they set our dog up with his own water bowl and a couple treats. Food was also pretty good. I usually prefer a thicker dough/crust on my pizza but the toppings and flavor was still good. I'm also a fan of the expansive food menu so I can keep trying new things on my next visit.
we had no idea where to host my daughters.1st birthday. every kiddy place we called in Charlotte was way to expensive for a 1st bday as we dont have a.bunch of family and friends with kids here. so we decided to have a pizza party. I called on a Saturday to let them know a party of 10 to 15 would be arriving around 4 PM. when we showed up with balloons and small decorations like a table cloth..everyone was very accommodating..we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 ordered of wings along with drinks it came to about 95$ before tip. we were very very pleased with the accommodations and the awesome staff. my daughters.1st bday was relaxing fun and intimate and affordable thank you Hawthorne for allowing us to bring in the cake and balloons.
Had our small company holiday party there and received excellent service with very very good food as well. Delightful evening!
