I went to this McDonald’s and we have beautiful experience than any other McDonald’s due to the building and its location. We felt very happy with the friendliness in service, view from upstairs and clean area. Parking was bit uneasy but other than that it was great experience.
Love the layout of this McDonald’s. Counter service is minimal. No hello, thank you. So better use the mobile app or screens when you arrive. Sitting area has a large table with power plugs and USB power, WiFi free available. Also upstairs area. Bathroom clean. Self serve drink area.
Was a nice pleasant young lady. She took my order as far as my coffee was concerned. She asked how many creams how many sugars and I asked. Could I get calm now? She said yes, but the only thing was. I didn't know it cost but it was worth it
Not sure I've taken the time to review a fast food establishment before, but when something is great, it deserves recognition! My husband and I both ordered a Quarter Pounder (or a Royale with Cheese, depending on what you want to call it) and fries. Wow.... sometimes... you know... you just need a quick "junk food" fix and really that's all we were seeking, but we were actually blown away at how delicious it was. Everything was PERFECT, practically a gourmet meal.
Honestly, if this location built an extension to their dining room with romantic lighting, tablecloths, wait staff, and wine service... I really think they could get away with it. Truly, it was THAT good!
We don't have McDonald's very often, so I can't really speak for the consistency, but that night we ordered, I'm certain there was a future Michelin chef in the building.
Our go to place for fast food. Place is nice, the staff can be a little more friendly. It seems they are always not in a good mood.
It was still a nice time just a mix up on knowing what was working and what wasn't. I asked for a McFlurry but was told the machine wasn't working. I then saw a worker carrying two sundaes and I pointed it out. He had a worker tell him it was working but he went on and told me it wasn't. Once I pointed it out he went and verified if machine was working or not and it was working. He apologized and rung it up and all was good.
To the lovely lady tonight that came to our car to ask about my customized hot chocolate order I appreciate you! You didn’t have to walk out to the car to ask but you did. Great customer service! Thank You!
Manager struggled with her computer system but she still took care of the customers with a smile! Even though I am sure she was aggravated. This is called "Great Customer Service!" She didnt do what most like to do which is , "sorry we are closed our system is down! She did the best she could! I hope shes reading this because if you are, "I wanted to say , Thank you because you made my morning better I was extremely hungry, at the point of feeling sick and the 2 McDonalds before this one was closed! One was because it 655 and they dont open til 7 and then had the audacity to ask me not to sit in the lane! The other one IGNORED ME ALL TOGETHER!!! SO with all the obstacles you encountered , im impressed and I hope your DM sees how hard you work and the quality you exemplify! Be blessed, I wish I would have gotten your name. "
Ridiculously fast mcdonalds. Some people like to go to mcdonalds and just make everything difficult I guess. When you come to this mcdonalds, you learn something, the place is run fast and efficient, only fast drive through I've found since the pandemic started. These people will yell at you if they have to "ANYTHING ELSE? ANYTHING ELSE? ANYTHING ELSE?" And the yelling gets louder the longer you take. Order quickly, or else. Best mcdonalds ever, never wait longer than a few minutes in the drive through. If you're nitpicking about "customer service" go somewhere else slow.
I had a great visit to McDonald's with my granddaughter. The interesting layout with upstairs dining added a unique touch to the experience. The food was good, and my order was correct. Overall, it was a positive and enjoyable experience. McDonald's continues to be a reliable fast-food option for a quick and satisfying meal
