I was having a bad day and the staff had me laughing so hard before I left. The crew was patient and those young people were awesome. This young lady named Kayla was awesome.
Service is usually good. The food is good and the smoothies and munchkins. That's all I have ever had from there. The wait times in drive thru came be kinda long at times

The manager KiKi is amazing. Her energy,her interactions with customers and employees,everything.
This is a consistently a great DD. Service is above average and the drive thru staff is always cheerful and so courteous. And the coffee is always fresh, hot and tastes spot on the way its supposed to taste.
I've been to Dunkin donuts all over the US and I must say, 99% of them have been amazing and you can always expect cleanliness and fresh food along with great service! They don't dissapoint! Look how clean that table is!
Definitely my favorite DD in the Charlotte are and by far the best customer service I’ve experienced at the various locations I have visited. Staff go out of there way to offer customers 110% Thank you for your kindness and exceptional service it doesn’t go unnoticed!

I just started coming to this one, on Graham St. I was going to the one on Beatties Ford and Sunset. Graham St drive thu is fast, the employee's are much nicer than the one on beatties ford. On Graham St, my food and coffee is still hot by the time I get to work. And, most important every morning its the same employees, which means less turnover, less turnover means good management. This is my observation, at this Dunkin.
Every time I go there, the staff is pleasant. They move people through the line timely. They make the food or drinks the way you request them. This is the only DD that I enjoy going to in the Charlotte area.
I intentionally frequent the drive thru at this location exclusively when I am too lazy to make my own coffee because of the service. For years, my experience has been consistently friendly and accommodating. It's refreshing to encounter people with a good work ethic whose positive attitude is contagious because if we're going to be infected with anything these days, try catching a little gratitude. What a great way to start your day!
