This is my 3rd time coming here with my 2 little ones and each time we had a great experience with all the staff and food is so good! But today was even better, Vaughn went out of his way to turn the outside lights and heat on for us so we could sit outside. My daughter had to use the bathroom so he not only brought our food to the table, he even stayed and watched our stuff until we came back. I didn't even ask him to do it but he was so thoughtful to. Then he came out to check on us to make sure we were okay. The staff is just amazing and I'm so grateful for them. My son just had surgery and will be needing another surgery soon so we are extra careful while we are out and this place definitely makes you feel comfortable. I hope management realizes how special their staff are. Thank you Vaughn and staff for just giving exceptional service.
This is one of the best burger joints in all of Charlotte. The staff are always friendly and outgoing. The burgers are fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret it.
Ok food and ok atmosphere, staff was very friendly, burgers were not the quality I expected, very dry , had the hot dog all the way , I liked the Nathan's hot dog but the chili and slaw tasted old , will try again , thank you !

Me and my husband decided to give this place a try being that we are dashers and we deliver from here all the time! We had a great experience. When we walked in our cashier that was standing there was very friendly. Help just pick our food as this was our first time. We didn’t wait long our food was hot and just amazing! We both got bacon cheese burgers they were so good cooked to perfection!! We also got aside of fries and cheese sticks! Those were both great! Cheese sticks were cooked perfectly! I have no teeth and I could eat them most places they are hard! Great experience all around and we will be back! Y’all stay awesome!!!!

Our experience in this establishment was more than the five star rating! The food is fresh and delicious. Even our 8 year old, picky-eater finished all the meal! I enjoyed their Route 44 burger and the sweet potato waffle fries (which come with a yummy side of cinnamon butter). We all wish we could personally thank the tall, fellow who made our shakes and brought them to our table. His pleasant attitude, especially at the very end of the evening, was a refreshing change in the midst of these challenging days.
quality food and great people. If you want a phenomenal burger this is the place to go, very hearty and fresh. I highly recommend the monster mashup burger. The smoked brisket on it is wonderful. Call ahead so you don't have to wait.
