This was my first visit to this particular Chick-Fil- A. Right after we sat down and started to eat, Barry came to our table and gave each of my kids a plush cow toy. Which made their day! Also, when we were finished eating an employee came to our table and cleared all the trash for us. Which is such a big help when you are having to take care of two small kids. Keep up the great work!
I love going to Chick-fil-A at Rea road location because of the service and atmosphere the most. The staffs are very friendly and Keith is such a nice person who keeps checking how was the food and if we need any refill or anything. Also the restaurant is so clean and tidy all the time despite how busy is the restaurant. Its always my favorite location.
Chick-fil-A located at 10001 Rea Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277 is always a delicious meal! High quality chicken breaded perfectly and freshly made. Always, always busy - a sign of excellence, or at least very high demand. These are the fried chicken sandwiches which everyone else compares to and loses to. 100% score by the health department.

I took a break from DoorDashing to grab a Cobb Salad for lunch. I usually order the grilled nuggets, today I ordered the regular Cobb—the golden fried strips. Sitting adjacent to me was a family, the dad, his two toddler boys wearing baseball caps and his parents. The boys were making the joyful noise kids make.
Very good. Limes were long, but moved quickly. We ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and a fruit cup.The sandwiches were hot and the fruit salad was great!
Busy as always in the drive in line. It cracks me up that folks have to decide what to buy in line & they don’t use the app! The app is amazing! They kept the line moving & had a person outside! It’s a great restaurant! The is always fresh! Great ice tea also!

Today, the simplest act there kept me out of the emergency room with anaphylactic shock. I was picking up lunch for my boss and myself. He suggested the wrap sandwich. I thought that sounded good, so I ordered two. When I got up to the window to wait for my drinks, I noticed a sign on the window about some ingredients,and allergies in one or more of the items. I am severely allergic to flax. And there it was on this notice that an ingredients in one of the items contained flax. When I inquired, I was told it was the flatbread of the wrap! How grateful I am, that someone took the posting of these notices seriously. Very few people are allergic to flax, but I am one of them. I told the young people helping me how glad I was that the sign was posted and that I had seen it; otherwise, it would be a 911 situation. They graciously swapped out the wrap for a sandwich. When I was leaving, I did say that it would probably be better if that notice was on the left side of the pick up window, so that the servers would not block the view of that sign. Thank you again very much for taking the trouble to post the sign. And had I not been in the lane next to the building, I would’ve never seen it. Devine intervention I believe. Thank you. I went here after visiting my friend Tony a couple weeks ago. It hit the spot, their food at Chick Fil A was amazing, always on-point! The staff was friendly and top notch on their service, as shouldn't be expecting anything less.
My only problem with this particular location is just that my fries are forever cold no matter what time I go no matter what I order if I order fries they are cold otherwise this is an amazing place the atmosphere great.
