I came in around 9am ordered an entree and a coffee. Unfortunately the coffee was out so they had to make a new pot of coffee, but because of having to wait who I’m thinking was the manager offered to get me a drink while i waited. She was super sweet & made sure as soon as it was ready to get it right to me. Thank you to this mornings breakfast crew!!
Chick-fil-A BY FAR has the best customer service of all the fast food restaurants I’ve been to. That’s not location specific - although this Chick-fil-A is definitely included in the “fantastic service” list - but almost all Chick-fil-A’s I’ve gone to have exceeded the normal expectations of normal the normal fast food customer experience.
Oh, and the food’s, of course, tasty as well.😋
Best Chick-fil-A in the Charlotte area in our opinion. The food is always good quality and the service is typically always good as well.
Took 20 minutes on the drive thru window to get my food and then got warm french fries ....with the volume of business they do why can't I get hot french fries???
It was a smooth experience. They did get the order wrong but the order was put in correctly so the translation got lost between order placing and fulfillment. Still a nice Chick Fil A.
Chicken was flat like everyone else's instead of plump. Fries were only warm not hot as usual
Everyone was very friendly and helpful like always. My food pick up was quick so I was out within 5 minutes.
One of my favorite locations. Just off of Rea road exit from I-485 in the south side of Charlotte. Plenty of parking close by and they have a double drive through. Don't park too close to the front door as you will get pinned in by the drive through traffic. Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner with very friendly staff. For a healthy breakfast, try the egg and chicken english muffin with a side of fresh fruit. Coffee is very good and restrooms are usually clean. Hope you find this review helpful. This location really focuses on the drive thru.
This place. I'm so impressed I had to write a review. They stay busy and for good reason. Friendly staff, quick service and always delicious food.
I placed a large order online for work this morning and picked it up through the drive thru. When I got to my office the chicken minis were missing. I called the store and spoke with Daniel who immediately sent someone to hand deliver them (I think her name was Melissa but she was so so nice).
They didn't have to do that as I know they were so busy but the fact they did that extra step which I feel like is so uncommon these days shows how great they are.

Chick fill A is always good food, service and atmosphere. Hostess was very helpful to me with my cane.
