I order the #64 Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss - Regular Hot Sandwhich and Jersey Mikes accommodated my special requests to use the regular cheesesteak peppers and no onions and add Honey Mustard and lite oil/vin. Thank you very much! Not many places let you customize but they always do! It was absolutely delicious! The delivery was also very fast and my Sandwhich was still nice and hot when I got it.
I door dash and last night was CRAZY! It seems there was a special and this is a crowd of door dashers (like me) waiting on orders. There were 3 people trying to make the sandwiches. One on the grill, one slicing and one making. They were working their butts off! I’m honestly surprised they didn’t walk out. Someone (owner) better give them a BONUS or at least a big raise. If they made it through this, they’re keepers!
Jersey Mike's are pretty much the same everywhere. That's what you can count on, consistency. The sandwiches are always the same anywhere you go. They are very good. The only real difference is how they handle the orders. They were a little slow at this location. There were only 2 people working the counter at this location. You can't expect them to keep up with walk-ins and app orders without more help. Hopefully, someone in charge will catch on.
Everyone at this store is always so nice even when they are super busy. Their wraps are so good.
This is a great Jersey Mike's location! The employees hustle their butts off to get folks in and out during the lunch rush. It gets very busy so if you're in a crunch for time, don't go prime lunch time - go early or late. Employees are friendly and courteous even when stressed to the max.
I’m a huge spender at Jersey Mikes for years now. I go to many different locations around Charlotte and South Carolina but this Jersey Mikes location is my favorite. It’s always clean, my sandwiches always made perfect and the staff is awesome. They already know who I am when I walk in and always greet me like family. They earned my time to write this review
The staff at this location is very nice to me, I'm not sure why, but I appreciate it. Food is always good too.
Everyone loves this place but for me there aren't enough options to customize your sandwich but they are made fresh and the deli meats and cheese are cut pre order.

Jersey Mike's is a delicious sandwich place. I love how they slice all the meats and cheeses for you fresh right in front of you. I get the chipolte chicken cheese steak with no peppers extra cheese
A giant sub is like two meals and the service is always good. Plus the rewards system is great and I have earned many a free sub.
