We took a chance on a small local place and we couldn't be more thrilled! Our meal was fantastic! We started with New England clam chowder, creamy and hearty. Not overpowering but just the right silkiness. For mains, I had the white bean, shrimp and sausage stew-- so tasty! It stayed hot the whole time too, which is a big deal for me (soups and stews are never really hot in most places). The sausage was in nice hunks, the shrimp were plentiful, the beans were soft but not mushy and the undisclosed gems were the onions that gave just the right bite. Great portion, very filling. My son had the shrimp po boy-- overflowing with nice sized shrimp mixed in a great remoulade sauce. My daughter had shrimp tacos--with mango corn salsa. All very fresh. Her side of fries were BOMB too--crunchy and hot, lightly seasoned. My husband had the crabcake with smashed potatoes and sauteed string beans. Perfect portions to compliment both taste and appetite! Prices were more than reasonable, considering the good quality and portions. Service was good. Our server was attentive and polite. He kept checking with us, topping off drinks, making sure we were good. We would not hesitate to go back. Really a great dinner. *for those that care about this (we didn't), there are only soft drinks available.
Gigantic fresh seafood and amazing lunch. Scallops the size of your fist and a huge tuna loin. I had the Mahi Mahi Banh mi and my wife had extra large jumbo shrimp with hefty steak fries. Super Yum. Eat here.
Love the food we had during our first visit. Worth the price. Acceptable wait time. We'll definitely come back.
I don't understand all of the negative reviews on this place. I ordered the fish and chips with a cup of clam chowder and both were delicious. The portions are just perfect with tons of flavor. The gentleman who served our food was very pleasant and came back multiple times to see if we needed refills on our drinks. We will certainly be back.
First time eating here and LOVE the fish and chips. Came for seafood for the weekend, left with a happy full belly and a new favorite lunch spot.
And to clarify other reviews, the staff was wearing masks.
The owner went way "above and beyond" to deliver the best lobsters I have ever had and being from New England I've had a lot! My daughter was flying from NH into Charlotte, NC on her way to "surprise" me for Father's Day in SC. The owner arranged to meet her at the store before business hours and unlocked the doors just to give her the 6 gorgeous lobsters. They obviously have a great passion for awesome seafood and service. I will definitely make the 2 hour drive to eat there!!

Absolutely incredible eats!! Excellent service, high attention to details. 5 star restaurant quality food.
Had lunch here for the first time yesterday and will definitely be back. Casual place, very clean with extremely friendly and appreciative staff. Both the blackened grouper and fried flounder sandwiches were very fresh and tasty. Portions are on the small side but not to the point of being overpriced. Overall a great lunch served by people who care. Thanks folks.
You have to try this place!!! It's tucked into a small storefront off Monroe Rd but you won't regret finding it. Anthony is awesome, knowledgeable, and food was just scrumptious!!! I got the tuna tacos, my Mrs went for blackened salmon, and both were flavorful and spiced just right. Perfect portions too. I kept the menu at the table after ordering to get a head start for the next visit. No chain recipes here. Check the online menu out. The limit of 6 per party due to size of the place, so it's a cozy early dinner date night or small group kind of place. We will be back soon.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. The fish is fresh and delicious. I don't think I have had a single thing there that I haven't liked. It's pricey, but definitely worth it. Their menu changes often depending on what's fresh, and I love this because it always keeps me looking forward to see what they have that day. The people who work there are nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially seafood lovers. Oh, and they also sell raw, fresh fish too in case you want to take some home to prepare.
