I reserved a table a few hours in advance and requested a gluten free menu for me. The hostess made sure I had the menu and the waiter was aware of my needs as well. It was nice to see all the gluten free options on the same page. I felt confident that they understood the importance of maintaining gluten free food is for me. The food was ready surprisingly fast! The server did a great job of explaining the whole hot oven/hot plate and the importance of this. The petite filet was, as always, delicious! I got the truffle butter dip and it was really full of flavor. The filet would have been perfectly fine without anything else.
Our visit was nothing short of amazing! I’ve wanted to go to Ruth’s Chris for ages and my wife took me as a special surprise (It’s important to note that my wife has been a vegetarian for nearly 20 years and still took me to a steak restaurant!) We started at the bar and the drinks were great! The bartenders were artists! When we moved to our tables for dinner, our food was absolutely delicious! They had food options for my wife too. Our server, Cody, was very friendly, helpful, and considerate. We couldn’t have had a better experience! We’ll definitely be back!

Wedding anniversary and they made it a very special night for us.
Monday night and the crowd was light which gave us more attention from the staff fortunately.
Thoroughly enjoyed it and we will definitely return for more visits.

Incredible experience! I took my parents here for my mom's birthday while they are here visiting from Alabama and they cannot stop raving about the experience. The manager even came by our table and we had a great conversation with him. So first class and FYI order your steak medium rare. Trust me .
The bar is right by the door where we sat...good size bar. Michael was great..so was another bartender. The manager Jordan made sure we had everything we needed. Very classy atmosphere. We got shrimp cocktail crabcakes and dessert!
Never a bad experience. We just celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary and tried the barbecued shrimp... definitely not was you're thinking but they were so good!! Very New Orleans inspired; colossal sized shrimp in a creole spiced sauce.
The service was excellent. I placed an online reservation for a party at five for my mom‘s birthday. While we were out, we ran into two of our family members prior to dinner. They wanted to join us for dinner and the Ruth Chris staff accommodated the two extra people seamlessly. The lamb chop was good, but very salty. Overall, the food was great and we received excellent service.
Ruth's Chris is a very good steak house. The food is impeccable. Best New York Stip I have had in NC. Relaxing and Cozy Environment. Service is excellent.

10/10 recommend for a date night, birthday, etc.. service was excellent. The waitresses and waiters were very kind. We got the New York Strip, it was the best steak I have ever had. Best caesar salad i’ve ever had as well.. and definitely get a lemon drop martini!! 🍸
Full savory tasted steaks, they maintained their food quality with price. Steak was served by the chef, so it was perfectly done, irresistible to get the piece in my mouth. The mushroom was cooked in perfect temperature with a perfect shape, juicy with a subtle flavor of garlic sauteed in butter. The string fries were crispy enough,my 11yrs old couldn't stop till the last minute of the visit!
