I like to support new business in my area and wanted to try Nicaraguan cuisine. I thought it was great. The decor looks good, the service was more than adequate, the prices were fair for the amount of food received. All in all it was a good meal, we were very happy with what we got and we look forward to going back and visiting again.
Food is great. Problem is that the place is small, it gets packed quick and they only have seats for like 15-20 people

We stopped for lunch and had two of the lunch specials available from the steam table at the front counter. Authentic, down-home, typical home style, Nicaraguan comfort food. Very generous portions and pleasant service. We also shared a serving of Nicaraguan flan (custard) which was fantastic. We'll be back soon for the vigaron and the nacatamales - and definitely the flan. Don't pass this little place up. It's truly authentic homemade Nicaraguan food.
Great food and great service! "El Pollo Asado" tastes as you are in a very nice Fritanga in Managua. "Los tostones con queso" are really good and of course "la carne asada" is very well done! I'm glad they are in business. I don't need to drive all the way to Miami for a Nicaraguan dish now.

Nicaraguan Food in Cape Coral! I am from Colombia but I love nica food. The place is beautiful, happy music and the owners are very humble and nice. I go there minimum three times a week.

Finally a Nicaraguan restaurant in the Cape Coral area! Growing up in Miami I was always spoiled with having these available and was bummed when I moved to the Lee County area only to find that there weren't any.
The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you walk in and with a variety of options it feels like I'm back home. Portions are always amazing for the price making the short drive over to where its centrally located off Del Prado Blvd a drive worth making.
Might be the only Fritanga in Cape Coral but the food was on point! Fulfilled my cravings for Nicaraguan food. Can't wait to go back.
