Always considered Jim’s to be for “late night” cravings. But this early evening chicken finger sub did not disappoint. Portion size was excellent, tasted good, however, the prices were a little higher than I expected and the staff seemed a little unmotivated. Overall, decent experience.
The Jim’s famous Steak hoagie was the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my LIFE! Wow. The flavour, sauce, tenderness of the steak, cheese and bread … just spectacular.
The staff was all very kind at the restaurant too… great experience and great food.
Fantastic customer service.
I ordered off Uber eats and never received my order which is completely not Jim’s steak out’s fault. I was struggling to contact Uber however, a nice guy helped me through what to do to get a refund giving me contact details of Uber, which I couldn’t find for my self anywhere.
Not only are their customer service brilliant but also their subs are delicious I highly recommend the stinger sub personally!

I order from here frequently. Ive yet to have a bad experience but the steak subs are a lil sloppy. Best request to change that would be to get the steak sauce on the side 👍🏻

Excellent sandwich I recommend to everyone and bring out of town and out of country visitors to, after a visit to Platters for dessert! Jim's has fresh great b and fresh perfect every time sandwich fillings - and the combos like chicken dinner with steak - are unexpectedly delicious. Place is low key with ability to talk together without the background noise so common at places - those place is my go to whatever side of town we are on! Food is great at every location - not the case with most places I've found
