The staff here are consistently the friendliest people anywhere! The food is always delicious! Hopefully the expansion of the medical campus allows for discovery of this restaurant.

An absolutely great place to grab a quick bite. The staff/service is very friendly and does not make you feel like a number. There is plenty to select from and my choice did not disappoint. I enjoyed the freshness and flavor of my chicken chipotle wrap. Outstanding, and I cannot wait to try the other wraps, sandwiches and soups!
Friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable seating. The Number 31 sandwich is out of this world!! Small bit awesome place for lunch or whenever!! I will be back!!
Customer service and food is phenomenal! Fresh, clean, comfy atmosphere...I adore this place. #48 oriental chicken wrap is my ultimate fave! There's so many to choose from, it's a treat each time. You'll never forget the first bite...promise you that. 🤗😊
I ordered for the first time today after finding this place in a google search for nearby lunch places. Holy cow, it's delicious! I had the Chicken Cordon Bleu wrap, and it was perfect in every way. The delivery was extremely quick, and the whole process was great. I ordered online and had an associate call me to clear up something from my order; both the woman I talked to on the phone and the delivery driver were extraordinarily polite. I will absolutely be ordering from here again, and I recommend this place to anyone who works downtown! Definite 5 stars!
It only took about 20 mins for my order to be ready, which was quick and totally painless for me. I just didn't factor in 5:30pm traffic. The staff was friendly when I entered, and friendly throughout my short visit. I ordered the fried calamari and the steak salad. The fried calamari was absolutely amazing.
Thankfully they had flags flying outside otherwise we wouldn't have even seen them. A wonderful selection of sandwiches and specials. We had never been there and the lady that waited on us was very patient and extremely helpful! The sandwiches...we're fabulous! Will definitely go back next time we're in Buffalo!
Great wraps. The most difficult thing about ordering your favorite ahead means you might have to buy a second when you get there after hearing what the specials are: they always sound so good. They're worth the cold winter walk for lunch, and they're always happy to help.
Friendly service. Had lots of choices with fresh ingredients, will have to stop by again when I have more time to look through their menu. I thought it was weird they didn't tuck in the ends of the wrap but nothing was falling out while I was eating so no complaints
