We stopped here today to get a burger for lunch. This is the first time we have been back since they changed their menu. I think this new menu is much better suited for the area. My husband ordered the Swiss burger with fries and I had the 1/2 order of nachos. Both were very good. I recommend stopping if you are in the area.
Great food and great beer! Very cool place to eat. Everything was very clean. The service was not the best. Only because they seem under staff. We didn’t have a waiter. We just order our food at the bar and sit down at a table. Our food came out fast. Nobody came to checked on us and seen if we wanted another drink or food. Everybody was really friendly. I think only 3 people was working. Everybody was really busy so I understand. Overall I would come back. I believe more people working here is all the place lacks.
Great food! Burger cooked as to order. Tots were crispy. Bartenders were friendly and were sure to point out specials in addition to the regular menu. They only had three of their own brews on tap, but did feature many other local brews. Parking lot is small! Just across the street past the doctor 's office is an additional parking lot. No live music while we were there, but they do have a huge stage for it!
The brussel sprouts were really good , flash fried and crunchy . I didn't care much for the cauliflower , it didn't have a lot of flavor , maybe more herbs and spices in the breading would have helped? It was nice to have some vegan options though ! Thank you ❤️
Really enjoyed the burgers and beer! Awesome curly fries as well. Great indoor and outdoor areas and I think the outdoor is dog friendly (saw a stack of dog bowls on a barrel with a pitcher of water). Nice atmosphere and friendly people...... Will definitely be back when we go back to Bryson City.
This is a nice little brewery with decent selection of local brews. We didn't order any food so not able to comment which it seems from other reviews is their biggest sore spot. But as far as service and craft beers its worth a visit.
Food was great - the hippy bowl was huge and just what I was craving! The other half had the meatloaf and loved the sauce. The prices were a little high for where we are in my opinion, so I offered up only four stars. We ordered a Bold Rock cider as well and it cost more than $5 for a pint - but their beer was, of course, reasonable and pretty tasty!
Came here for a date while my girlfriend and I were on vacation. Service was excellent. Our waiter was knowledgeable and funny. He recommended the brussel sprouts which were delicious. Both meals were fantastic. My pork chop was the best I have eaten in any restaurant, highly recommended. My girlfriends steak was good and cooked well but couldn't compete with apple brined pork. Apps were very good as well. I'd come back in a heart beat.
Such a great little stop on our trip home from hiking in the mountains all day. Both of our beers were excellent, the double cheeseburgers are HUGE, and the kids couldn't get over how great the wings and tots were too! Highly recommend!
COVID-19 SAFE!!! They're doing a fantastic job of social distancing, masks and sanitation while keeping up with great customer service and of course delicious food! The Cauliflower was amazing. A bit pricey but for these times it is very important to support the local businesses.
