The employees are always awesome. The man working today has amazing customer service skills. 10/10 recommend this place.
I'd give this place 5 stars among Dunkin donuts that I've been to, but there are many other nearby cafes that are better. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and I'm from Boston, so I am required to love DD though. Other places nearby have donuts, but we always go here. Also the ice cream is a good deal compared to neighboring places.
I travel around brooklyn for my job. This is one of the better busy Dunkin Donuts I've been in. Same donuts and coffee as other DD's but the service is better at this one. I love it when asked if I want the usual.

The coffee was great. However the person that made the coffee had an issue with me wanting less milk.
I believe for some reason he thought I would be getting more coffee then he wanted/or was allowed to give.
At the end he did accommodate me.
Tipu the man who fixed my tea was so nice! I can always rely on the Dunkin stores in any neighborhood to be given really good service and their coffee is really great!
I love this coffee shop. I really dislike Starbucks - so I was glad when Dunkin moved here. I know what I'm getting and I like the feel of the place, it's a coffees place without pretension. I go in, get my coffee and get on with my day. I don't plan on staying for the whole day.
I needed desperately for a plastic knife yesterday for a cake cutting. The front desk cashier gave it to me, no questions asked. Very generous and kind business. Would definitely go back there

The wait was a little long because a customer didn't kw what she wanted and then wanted a deal... but the drinks I order were delicious 😋... will visit again...
Place is clean and staff are friendly. I ordered dark roast ice coffee and they gave me cold brew which I hate. Besides that, it's good to go
