Not your typical Mexican restaurant fare. No tacos here, but they do have delicious empanadas. The service is fast and attentive, and the food is solid. The ambiance leaves something to be desired, but it’s a good casual lunch spot. The drinks are super cheap, which is nice. (Think $6 margaritas.) Overall, I’m happy with my experience.
Came here with a group of 9, service was good. Food was excellent and priced reasonably. At the end they surprised us with free shots and churros for everyone.
Came here again... Different name and slightly different menu then it was a few months ago. Not sure if management changed or what but it continues to be delicious. Vegetable chile relleno is off the hook. It's quite possibly the most beautiful Mexican dish I have seen. The presentation matched the taste.
Excellent place with really authentic and original Mexican food, amazing drinks I ordered a "cazuela" amazing drink so authentic, nice and cozy atmosphere in Clinton hill
Food was delicious, drinks was refreshing atmosphere was relaxing.. Will definately visit again
Food was delicious and the service was good. Just be prepared for some waiting time. I ordered an appetizer, it got to the table after the entrée.
Honestly impressed with the quality of food. I was under the impression that their nachos would be like most spots: an unevenly distributed amount of cheese and cream and just all around toppings on an unimpressive mound of chips. But this place didn't let me down. Came for brunch on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and amazing bartender. The drinks I ordered were top notch. Especially for the price. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
We stopped for brunch on a Sunday. We were the only ones in the restaurant so we weren't too sure what to expect. Their brunch special was great, one entree with unlimited brunch drinks for $20. The food took a little longer than expected but once it arrived it was hot and good, not great. Service was good throughout, they kept our drinks filled and were pleasant.
Enjoying our meal so much, i'm leaving this review while still here. I generally don't have high expectations for a lunch special but the chile relleno was the most beautiful and tasty I'd ever had. Big plus -- they'll do a lettuce taco. And they're super fresh and super tasty. Environment is cozy and apparently they be got a kick ass happy hour. A welcome addition to Myrtle Avenue -- we'll be back!
Just came from a wonderful dinner at this new Latin restaurant. I had the Jumbo shrimp which were cooked perfectly and my husband had the chile relleno which was spicy for his taste but DELICIOUS to me. The margaritas are way too good to cost $5. Glad to have this spot in our hood. I hope they last!
