The food was amazing but the wait was long. The place was very clean. The salad was fresh. And so are the burgers.
Food is always a hit. Their non dairy drink is NOT a hit. It was good at first, but I there is a weird aftertaste on the chocolate
Amazing food! Fresh and delicious, perfect comfort food for the winter weather! Particularly tastes quite better than the one in Manhattan location. The meat is very tasty and well made. The customer service goes above and beyond to help with any further condiments or last minute orders support. Came here several times, never disappoints!!
The food is decadent... lots of layers of flavors and creative burger combos. Your tastebuds will thank you even if your waistline does not!
I know their reviews are up and down but I went last night 12/21 and everything was on point. We got the mac and cheese and truffle mushroom burgers and it was perfect. Food was hot and it didn't take too long.
I think his name is Theo. He was excellent at customer service. He walked around and asked customers whether their meals were to their satisfaction. He made you feel welcome.
The iced teas were so refreshing. Subtle flavors that quenched your thirst adequately.
The venue at this mall can get a bit cramped, but I think it's because everyone knows where to get the best food.

My first time going to Smashburger. The wait for the food was long. But I enjoyed the entertainment while waiting. A customer kept complaining and asking for his food only to discover he was in the wrong place. No complaints about the food. Staff was friendly.
I love that it doesn't smell like kitchen and service is fast enough . We got the classic and the signature burger,meat was a bit salty but pretty good over all,they have brussel sprouts that where delicious,smash tots where way to oily but they replaced it with smash French fries that I liked very much. I'll be back to try more of their food.
